Hello, these instructions will show you how to remove the pillow cover. To begin, open the zipper on the pillow's back at the bottom line. Second, unloop the buttons (attached to the pillow inner) from the pillow cover's buttonholes. Finally, please remove the pillow cover's pillow inner. The pillow cover can then be washed in a machine by itself. Reverse all of the steps above to reattach the pillow cover to the pillow inner after washing.

No it isn't undeniably black.

Unfortunately, two of the buttons quickly popped off. br>I contacted the seller and explained the situation, as well as my willingness to repair the pillow myself because it is large and difficult to return (unless you have one of those special vacum attachments that can shrink something to a third of its original size, which I do not). They gave me a big needle, a bunch of buttons, and a video showing how to replace the buttons. Meanwhile, they sent me a replacement pillow, which appears to have better attached buttons than the previous one. If there is a problem with the buttons, I now know how to fix it fairly quickly. br>The customer service representative I spoke with seemed genuinely interested in improving the product and was extremely helpful in resolving my original issue. They were aware of the button issue and are working to resolve it, but I gave them five stars for customer service because they listen to their customers and are open to suggestions, which I find refreshing - To begin with, getting someone to answer the phone when you have a problem is a rare occurrence!.
Very firmly stuffed, very supportive, and the color is exactly as shown. However. It isn't in the shape of a triangle. The cover is sewn in a triangle shape, but when filled with stuffing, it becomes a long rectangular pillow. We're using it as a headboard for our platform bed, and it looks fantastic and feels great to lean against. br>br>It is not possible to wash the cover because it is not removable. That irritates me a lot. The buttons are sewn into the fabric of the cover. So, in order to wash the cover, you'll have to unstuff it. As a result, I've given it a three-star rating. 4 out of 5 stars if you don't mind washing it. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> The seller emailed me and offered me $30 if I would remove this review. Needless to say, I will not be doing so.
We ripped out the original poorly constructed junk couch and replaced it with a daybed when I did a camper renovation for my mother. However, I did want to give the impression of a couch for the majority of the time. It has a firm feel to it and is extremely comfortable to wear. We've had the "couch" set up for a few weeks and I highly recommend it! Cleaning it is the only thing we haven't had to deal with yet. The cover is supposed to be removable, but because of the buttons, I'm not sure how easy that would be. When you unzip the zipper, it appears that whatever is inside the cover would be twice as large if you removed it, making it nearly impossible to get back in. But, when I get there, I'll cross that bridge and provide an update. For the time being, it's ideal!.
This pillow is extremely comfortable and fits perfectly. It's the ideal weight, making getting ready for bed a breeze. Ideal for using as a headrest while watching television.
I bought it for the look alone, but I'm blown away by how comfy it is. Because of its ideal firmness, height, and angle for relaxing, it has changed my lounging habits. I wish I had purchased it sooner.
After about 6 weeks of ownership, I noticed that a button had popped and was no longer tufted on that side. Customer service was quick to respond, and they mailed me "a tool" at no cost to me, as well as a link to a video on how to repair it. The tool was essentially a long sewing needle, and the video was a basic how-to on how to sew a button. The button on the pillow is still there, but the tufting has vanished, so this solution didn't really solve the problem. I couldn't fix the tufting on my own. When I contacted customer service again, I was told that they would replace the pillow, but that I would have to pay for shipping both ways. Because of the size of this pillow (it's long enough for a king size bed), returning it and paying for a new one would have cost nearly the same as sending it back, and the box it was sent in had long since been discarded. The pillow, on the other hand, was something I decided to keep. The remaining buttons have all remained in tact after more than a year, and the pillow has maintained its shape and fullness. Apart from the first untufted button, all of the others have remained in place, and this pillow has proven to be extremely supportive and comfortable. I'm downgrading my overall rating to three stars and adding that I'd buy it again if I needed it. All of the other buttons appear to be in good working order, and this has been a great product overall; however, I wish their customer service had been better, as it's a bit costly to have issues so quickly. To demonstrate what I mean, I've attached a photo taken today of the button untufted. Original review to follow; I hope this has been of assistance! br>br>Additional information to the original review: One of the buttons has popped six weeks after my initial review, indicating that it is no longer tufted. There was no unusual use, and I only noticed it today while making the bed, so I'm not sure when it occurred. I'm very wary because I've only had this $100 pillow for less than two months and it's already falling apart; I'm going to contact the seller and see what my options are, downgrading my 5-star rating to a one-star rating. At this price point, an item should surely last more than a few weeks! br>Follow the link for the original review: br>For a long time, I've been complaining about my bed's lack of backrest support. My king bed has a metal frame that eliminates the need for a box spring and provides additional storage underneath. However, because the frame isn't designed to support a headboard, I was thinking I'd have to make my own headboard to hang on the wall, which I didn't think would be very comfortable. THEN I COME ACROSS THIS. I decided to give it a try because of the positive reviews. I'm so happy I did. This has turned my bed into the best place in the house to watch TV! I went with the gray color, which is a nice pale gray that isn't too taupe or too cool. The cushion is thick and dense, like the back of a couch, and provides support and comfort while also shielding my back from the cold of the wall. Everything about this is QUALITY and truly justifies the price; I would absolutely buy it again, but I don't think I'll need to replace it for a long time. Absolutely recommend, love love love. I'm sure it'd be a nice addition to any bed, even if it didn't have a headboard!.
