To dry it, I had to use high heat for about six hours. Besides bleaching it, I also had to shampoo it because the moisture really stuck to this I would have liked to feel the dry core of the pillow inside of the small hole in my pillow. I have a story to tell I received it in a box before time. The pillow felt like two separate pillows rolled up under one cover when opened. Two pieces of crystal literally felt like they had nothing in common. There were many places where the pillow was thin as carpet. My disappointment was so extreme that I was ready to throw it back in the box, which is a difficult task given that the object inflates after you remove it. The first thing I did when I saw this pillow was check out the 1 star reviews, I was quite convinced I got the same defective product as some folks here said. I was going to return it as soon as I got It sat like that a few hours on the couch and surprisingly inflated as shown in the picture into one piece as it sat like that for a few hours. The incredible news just couldn't be believed. This product is now in use everyday and I would recommend it. If it arrives flat as plastic, don't rush back, let it rest overnight and then decide if it's a good fit. My usual practice is not to write reviews of this type, but sometimes a product.

It is the best sleep I have ever had. My favorite way to get a good night's sleep is to have this pillow rest behind my back, going over my shoulder, and under my neck so I have a place to rest my head.
