The seller contacted me and asked that I add some additional memory foam to make the pillow more full. I quickly added the additional filling to my pillow after they sent it to me. My side sleeper had recently had back surgery and a knee replacement. I was treated like a star at this company. With my pillow, I couldn't be more satisfied with its comfort and support. The body pillow is a great product!.

Even though I put it in the dryer for 10 minutes, it still has very little stuffing and it lacks any kind of support. I would not recommend this product at all, especially considering the price. It seems similar to a Walmart pillow.

It was a high expectation on my part to buy the body pillow. Following the instructions, I placed the pillow in the dryer on low heat for about an hour to fluff it up and reduce the smell (which wasn't bad at all, but everyone's nose is different). However, I was disappointed with how the pillow looked when I removed it In addition, it was not as firm as I had hoped and the memory foam didn't seem as fluffy and thick as I had hoped The package came with a note from Mayfair, telling customers that they want them to be 100% satisfied with the My question to Mayfair was about adding extra shredded memory foam filling to the mattress. Due to the fact that they do not sell the filling separately, the response I received was a lackluster reminder to put the pillow in the dryer before use. In response to my explanation that I followed the instructions correctly and that the pillow did not meet my expectations, Mayfair Customer Service sent me a queen size pillow to make up for the lack of filling on the pillow that I received. To fill the body pillow I originally purchased, I used the extra filling that came with the queen-size pillow as well as half of the filling in the pillow itself. When it came out of the dryer to fluff and distribute the added filling, I was thrilled. Tonight will be the first time I use it.
