This product took forever to heat and did not heat up. I was then charged over 50 dollars for "restocking" fees after I returned the product. There is no benefit to buying a cheaper product when you can buy a higher quality one that is more expensive. I would never recommend or use this product.
The product is a scam. It is entirely dead after 30 days. It has no lasting power. A DEAD MAN. A WORTHLESS ACT.
It does exactly what it is advertised to do It takes about 15 minutes to create 2 bath size towels that are extremely warm. Two times when I pushed the button, it did not start. That is the only reason I did not give this product 5 stars. Once the blue light turns on, you must hold down the on button.
But it turned out to be the most disappointing product I have ever bought. The button was stuck in such a way that it was impossible to turn on the settings, but I managed to get it to the lowest One towel had been burned to a crisp when I pulled it out about 20 minutes later. That's fantastic. I'm loving it. There is no better way to do it. The towel is left with an odd odor, however. As I wait for a few uses, I will try to see if it goes away.
