I didn't expect it to be this good. Some reviewers said it was hot to the touch, but I did not find it that way. I left it on 24/7 and experimented with all the suggestions I had read on how to get a warm towel, but I was not able to get a warm towel as I had expected. It is only at the point where the towel touches the rack that the towel becomes warm. It is not wide enough to hold my bath towels. I folded them in the manner recommended to keep them warm.
