Questions & Answers

Please let me know if you have any brackets included in the box of the towel warmer to help mount it on the wall? I requested that my contractor mount it on the wall but he has reported that there were none?

Towel warmers are classified as either electric or gas. (As you can see from the photo above left, one sits free standing on a base. On the other hand, it comes with a wall mount and bracket. A copy of each is available. There is a website that sells brackets at a very low cost. You can expect them to arrive within a week to ten days. brackets have the negative feature of being made of heavy duty plastic, which can break if you hang too many wet, heavy items on the warmer at once or if the towels are pulled The following information is meant to help.
Take off your towels or garments

Heat does not seem to work Could you tell me which instructions I need to follow so that it will work?

There's no doubt that this is more of a contact heater, warming the part of the towel that's touching it. It also works better with multiple towels and towels placed together. Adding another towel or two over the top keeps the bottom towels toasty warm if you fold the towel in thirds, hang it over the rack, and hang another towel or two over it. It may not be the best towel warmer, however for the price paid it's not bad.

Is it a 12 volt or a 24 volt?

It appears that the product uses 120 volts

Can you tell me what the real wattage is?

This is what I plugged into the 110 volt outlet. You should now have an answer to

This towel dryer will help you dry your towel faster, while being easy and safe to use
3/5

It arrived three years ago, but I've had it for three years already. Before I decided to upgrade to a model that heats up a little more, I had been using one only for 5 years. The pros are This really speeds up the drying process of towels. The heater does not become so hot that you or your pet would be burned. I still find it reliable after using it daily for 3 months. We've been doing this for five The cost of our electric bill has not gone up significantly You can fit two to two and a half towels on it, possibly The cons are The outlet needs to have a timer to automatically shut off You have to shut it off when not in use It occupies a lot of floor space It does not dry towels in a reasonable amount of time

This would be useful if you live in a humid climate and want your towels to dry quickly.

The towel warmer I have is great
5/5

Having purchased two towel warmers from Warmrails, this is my second purchase. Other than that I think it's only been a few years, and it's still working One is already in my bathroom, but I had to get another one. When I get out of the shower, I can't imagine not having a warm, dry towel to dry myself off with. There was only one reason it did not get a 5 in assembly The screws holding it on were not Philips head or straight but rather square. Leaving my towel warmer on permanently is not an option for me. In this way, it is energy efficient and uses less electricity.

I find the towels to be a little warm and dry
5/5

This is a model we purchased twice, one for our bathroom and one for a guest room. It has been a week since we started using it, and we are very pleased. After drying your towels during the day (or night, if you shower in the evening), the towels are warmed for a few minutes. We live in a humid climate, so we like the towel rail on the bathroom. It is warm to the touch, but not too hot that children could burn themselves. The one standing is on a stand, but the one mounted on the wall is on a wall mount. I found both installation processes to be quick and simple.

I did not expect such a high quality The parts are not there
3/5

Is that right? A previous version from Warmrails I used for many years and loved. This was a great product in terms of quality and functionality. We replaced it with this one (Heatra Classic) after the old one finally gave out. To begin with, the quality of the work has declined. It is made of plastic and weighs a lot. The package did not include all the wall mount brackets - only three were included Is it possible the package was opened and a card was pulled out? I urge you to get started, The third odd thing about the legs is the screws that attach them. They are rounded with round concave indents. It will take more than just your fingers to screw them down. A tight grip cannot be achieved on the screws that secure the legs. Could you please tell me what kind of tool this requires?.

Is very hot to the touch
4/5

As a result, the bars get heated to the touch, so you must be careful that young children do not touch them. In the event that they attempt to grab it, they'll get burned. As a second matter, the piece is made in China, and to be honest I am concerned about the The unit runs 24 hours a day, and I am concerned one day it will short and start a fire. So, I attached it to a wall timer to make sure it does not short. It also turns on automatically in the morning so the towel is warm when I need it, and it stays on for several hours after I wash my hair so the towel is dry when I get out of the shower. Other than that, the device is off, and so there is less risk of a fire starting when I am not there. It can be risky to buy products from China if you don't know who's behind them.

Your money is too valuable to be wasted
3/5

It would be great if there were a way to give this review a negative number of stars Your money is too valuable to be wasted. There is no comparison to this towel warmer - it is by far the worst one I have ever had. If you were to place a towel in direct sunlight in 110 degrees heat, it wouldn't heat up! The book will be returned for sure. You'll need a towel warmer with 150 watts if you want one that is truly effective. The heat produced by this model is minimal since it has only 75 watts. Power supplies with higher wattages are more expensive, but they're well worth it.

This towel warmer is great
5/5

You won't have to deal with musty towels any more! It is really difficult to understand how people can complain. You are not looking at a microwave oven or a clothes dryer here. You probably know that if you live in a humid climate like I do, it takes my towels a long time to dry. You can use this towel warmer to keep your towels warm. It does just what the name implies it warms your towel, and that heating also dries the towel over time. I use it after a bath to dry my towel. I am able to keep my towel fresh by doing this. Despite that, I am pleased with this purchase and will buy it again when I move to another country.

I think this is a very effective towel heater
4/5

It heats towels efficiently. good product. It heats the towels very effectively, but as many other reviews have mentioned, it works better when you pile the towels on top instead of simply placing them on the device. The towel only needs to be one. On the towel rack, I like to set out the two towels we will be using and lay another towel on top as insulation. As advertised and honestly, works better than I expected for its price. My only complaint is with the mounting hardware, because of the limited space in my bathroom, I mounted it with the brackets on the sides (like a swivel). The brackets are cheaply made. These are made of a very light plastic, they would flinch if you placed a towel rack on top of them Likewise, the mounting screws and drywall anchors didn't anchor, and the screws should've tightened up against the back of the drywall, but they didn't, and they were simply cheap screws. The product is very good and I am very satisfied with it.
