Having purchased two towel warmers from Warmrails, this is my second purchase. Other than that I think it's only been a few years, and it's still working One is already in my bathroom, but I had to get another one. When I get out of the shower, I can't imagine not having a warm, dry towel to dry myself off with. It heats towels efficiently. good product. It heats the towels very effectively, but as many other reviews have mentioned, it works better when you pile the towels on top instead of simply placing them on the device.
