I'm so glad I found this. The hot water in the shower is still more enjoyable after spending a sweaty afternoon in the garden and yard. Even in the middle of summer, I have found that a warm towel is comforting afterward. The product is very durable

The stand is used on the floor (not mounted to the wall). I like it because it is much stronger than the towel warmers we have used previously. However, the warming function is not nearly as strong as our earlier In terms of towel "drying", I would say it is good, but if you are looking for a super toasty towel after a hot shower, I'm not so sure this will satisfy you.

The green goo was all over the place when I came back upstairs fifteen minutes later! In the top left corner, the cap had somehow gotten wet and reached the ceiling and the ground above it. I mentioned why I don't trust it again from the email we received. It sounds as though it may have been on the wrong side? The item has been returned.
