It is wonderful to have these cartridges working. About half of the miner's jobs are paid, It's not unusual to have to keep putting them in and try it again and again I have followed the instructions to the letter. How come half of the cartridges aren't working? Am I doing something wrong? It would be great if someone had an answer for me. I needed these and they are significantly overpriced, but I haven't been able to locate a cheaper alternative. In the past few months, I bought a Sure Plunge toilet plunger. It was rated at a CO2 pressure of 1160 psi when the cartridges were shipped with it. (Purchased from a third party, not Compared to the original, the replacement cartridges from Amazon are rated at just 860 PSI, which is 300 PSI less. The original higher pressure cartridges were used several times, and there was slight leakage around the base of the toilet from the bottom. I am not sure if the Sure Plunge played a role in To date, I've not needed to use the cartridges with a lower pressure. If you wish to replace the cartridges with 860 PSI, you may want to use the replacement cartridges. It may be due to damage caused by the higher pressure cartridge that this "replacement" unit needs to be installed.
Two out of three canisters I have purchased from Sure Plunge failed to work. I purchased them twice in the past. On closer inspection, I noticed the cannisters had a copper color (in contrast to the silver I got before) and all of them had a slight indentation. Yet I thought the plunger I had was past its best, so I ordered a new one. I also received 3 beautiful silver canisters with the new plunger. My old S-shaped cannister came with one of the new cannisters, so I decided to test it out I discovered that my old plunger worked fine instead of getting a new one. So I not only lost out on all the cartridges I'd bought, I also lost out on money because I did not have would have been expensive to learn that.
Do not even think that 8g cartridges are sufficient, despite their low price. A pair of these is designed specifically for the SurePlunge, and they get the job done time and again.
It's amazing how much I love it. In terms of the SurePlunge product, I think it's awesome. Due to two of these Co2 cartridges failing to work, I have used four out of the extras over the weekend. When only half of the box will be usable, it makes these very costly! It's a pain! They were the first brand I bought to ensure they would.
SurePlunge works like a charm and I never have problems with it.
With these canisters, I can power my Canon toilet plunger/canon using CO2. It's hard to get the commode to work for me since I have large BMs. This CO2 canister enables businesses to take care of their end of the business.
