Questions & Answers

What kind of warranty is there? The rubber button on this model has split and dripped on the second time. ?

The rubber button splitting is one of the major issues with the design. A Scotchbrite dishbrush was switched to. I like that idea, too. There is no malfunctioning rubber button on this device!

Can this be stored in the good grips brush storage cup that comes with the ?

Thank you very much for your help. My apologies for not completely understanding your Nevertheless, I tried to help by washing. As far as I know, this brush fits into my sink caddy cup. It does not come with anything it has to be bought separately. As a result, I am unsure of what cup you are talking about. Caddy I bought doesn't seem to have good grips, according to me.

I have a standard Good Grips brush handle with plastic grooves to hold the heads in place. On this brush, the handle and head's sides are all steel (i.e. Are they harder to break)?

My steel has been thrown away, but I remember its decorative nature rather than its usefulness. Steel was not the only material used in the handle. I have been using the original OXO dish brush, which seems to work better than the new one.

Could you please tell me if the brush can be sanitized? To sanitize them, I put the Casa Bella brush and my sponge in the microwave for two minutes every night. ?

Dishwasher is a great solution. The plastic would melt if microwaving is used. In order to always have a clean brush head, I bought an extra brush head. Here's what I came up with.

There is a weakness in the dispensing button that causes it to fail frequently
3/5

The brushes do not tend to last as long as the handle. I have gone through two of these in relatively short time. Unfortunately I have bought several replacement brushes, but unfortunately the handle often does not outlast the brushes. It is difficult to dispense soap with this item because the rubber button seems weak and fails very The price of this product would lead you to expect it to last longer than a disposable brush. This is not the case.

It was great
4/5

The but is. This device is downgraded because of a design fault. This product has a great concept, but the rubber soap thumb pad that dispensing the soap splits after a few months. I have experienced this situation before and it is a real drag since the product is excellent. It's a pity, but I must give it a negative rating due to its short lifespan and high cost. The rubber pad that is split can be seen in the attached photo. A little PS Recently, I contacted the OXO company and they advised me that some units had issues, and that they were replacing those at no cost. As a result of their excellent response and given that things often happen, I am upgrading the review to 4 stars.

A brush was not durable enough for six months
3/5

The brush I bought in June is still in good condition. Toward the end of December, a rubber button for dispensing dishwashing liquid had broken. Despite my weight, I did not have a problem The brush must be held in one hand only It was an appropriate use of my time. don't want to be upset with Oxo for slipping, quality-wise. The product was a modest purchase, so I can't blame Oxo for that. My disappointment, however, is enormous. In response to your complaint, Oxo is offering to make good if you inform them of any shortcomings in their product. It would be a waste of time to go through We were also promised another item that was poorly crafted Why should I buy from one manufacturer when I have the option to purchase from another? I dunno.

A very good product that is both easy to handle and of good quality
5/5

With this nylon bristle scrubber that dispensates soap, the job was easy. It has an ergonomic handle that is comfortable to use, and the soap does not waste My dishes and pots and pans are easy to clean. The leaks from this one have so far been nonexistent.

An attempt to succeed after one month failed
3/5

It has been several years since I bought an OXO dish brush. The love of a person does not last forever and that is okay. In general, I get a year or two of use out of them until the rubber dispenser falls apart. A problem has been identified at Oxo. Although this brush broke after only one month, I suppose they feel it's worth the asking price if it will last a year or two. There is no longer any pressure to push soap out of the dispenser because it has a small crack in the rubber. you are a representative of OXO, I hope that you will consider replacing this product. Please note *br/*br/.

The brush is good, but certain parts may not last as long as they should
3/5

The OXO brands are pretty much everything we love. I have appreciated some of their products more than others, but I have yet to have a negative experience with an OXO product out of the 20 or so that I own (from the sealable containers to various kitchen gadgets). It's been over a year since I bought this dish washing brush, and while I like its features and the design, it has developed a fault. Here is what I have to say In about nine months of service, the rubber push button that releases soap from the hollow handle has developed a significant tear somewhere along the line where the rubber meets the plastic. Due to this change, there is no longer a vacuum created on the inside of the handle, which is what forces soap out of the brush hole. In spite of its shortcomings, it's still a great brush, and I've switched to using it like an old school scrub brush and just pump soap into the bristle head manually (from an OXO steel soap dispenser sitting on an OXO sink caddy) See now? OXO is the best! We love all the stuff we use! The decision as to whether I will order another of these bodies, or if I will simply get the non-divisible body, has yet to be made. I am dispensing the Brush A utensil such as this that gets used every day probably has a shelf life of a year or two before its more delicate bits start to wither, and thus require replacement, but I thought I should share my experience with others who are interested in.

The idea is great There is a problem with soap dispensers stopping working quickly
3/5

Well, I've already been through three of them. It's hard to go wrong with these brushes Conceptually, it is a great idea. Somehow, after a few months of using it, the soap stops coming out of the button when you push it. There has been a repeat of this occurrence three Four months after the date of the order. Two of us only consume small amounts of food, so we don't have to wash a lot Every night, I do a few dishes. It's not uncommon for us to go out some nights. As long as the dispenser is only used intermittently, the dispenser is still in good working condition. The costs are low enough that I might keep buying new dispensers if nothing better can be found.

There is a rip in the button
3/5

This is a good brush as long as it lasts, which isn't long at all. A three-month period of use was all it took for the dispenser button to break.
