How Our Score Is Calculated

Product Description

It is made entirely out of teak wood
Is there anything still bothering you about the soggy soap sitting in water from the automatic soap dish? Now here's a solution to your problem! With its slanted drainage design, our teak soap dish drains water quickly, and the comb-shaped overhead structure keeps the soap at a generally dry temperature so that it does not grow mushy and live for a long time.
A curved concave design prevents your soap from sliding off of the brown soap dish, so it won't slip out when you place it after it's been used.
THEY ARE MADE OF ONE SOLID PIECE Our soap savers are made of one solid piece of teak wood without the use of glue, nails, A lot of boats and exterior construction is made from teak.
Basically a holder for bar soap in a minimalist and multifunctional style? It doesn't have to be for the dining table, why not use it in the kitchen for placing sponges and dishwashing We offer a rectangular soap dish that can be used in any room, not just in the bathroom, but also in the bathtub, in the kitchen, on the washstand, in the shower, in the sink, in the
The contemporary design makes this soap holder a great gift. Whether you're shopping for yourself or as a gift for someone, it's been designed in such a way that it will look good wherever you put it, regardless of the decor, fixtures, or accessories you have. This is 8x3. One plus zero. The height of a person is six inches. There is no need to store much of it.

Questions & Answers

The teak soap case appears to be durable, but is it actually?

I doubt it will last very long. I think it would be teak if it was actually teak, but the wood isn't the same Featured in advertising. Despite its density, teak is very hard to work with. As a result, it should feel heavy for its size. It also contains a high quantity of natural oil, which makes it highly water-resistant Resistance is strong. What we have here is something entirely different. There is much too much light for it to be genuine While the design is nice, the lock is extremely fragile. I ordered the two-piece lock I dropped two out of the pack, and one broke before I could use it when the cat knocked it off the The chunk of steel broke off in a big chunk. It would be really tricky to make that happen if the wood was truly I was also able to get a good look at the wood's interior once it was broken. There is a great deal of dryness. The surface is even and bristly. Wood that is made of teak is called teak. With this type of material, I shouldn't be able to dent In spite of that, I could see the inside of the machine. There was something soft about it, as if it were basically a soft pine (though I'm not sure what kind of material it is made of since it looks like a cheap, poorly treated bamboo or something like that). In some cases, there is an external coating to give it a shiny appearance and the appearance of water resistance, but that wouldn't be necessary with teak, which does not need to be sealed. This isn't tough enough to last a long time. Despite its apparent strength, if it gets knocked over while you're cleaning, slips off a bathroom counter, or gets dropped, expect it to chip or break. In addition, it's clear that it's not real teak, so you can't count on it to last on a long term basis - An environmental term for wet conditions.

What are the odds of this soap holder becoming moldy?

It has been several weeks since I used mine, and there is no mold on it. During my shower, I make a point of drying the surfaces with a fan, so nothing grows mold It is my understanding, however, that teak was the most sought-after wood for battleship decks due to its sturdiness, corrosion resistance, and antimicrobial properties.

Do you have any tips for draining this soap case? How long does it take for the soap to melt?

Despite the soap dish draining pretty well, water still collects on the inside. The soap melts as it would normally and also sits in the grooves, although it can be washed out by washing it. I enjoy the slim design so it fits into my small shelf well This is what I like.

Is this soap holder made of wood? Does it get moldy as other soap holders?

It has only been three months since I got it. The walls are completely free of mold.

Unlike teak, this is not made from wood
3/5

This is Dec. A UPDATED list of 2020 events is available As a result of ethically deficient practices with the company, I am updating this review and lowering the rating to a single star. My contact with them was not to address the issue that this was advertised falsely as teak, but rather to offer a $10 Amazon voucher if I would delete this review (which I have submitted Even though I was disappointed about the false advertising and the fact that this is not real teak, I wasn't surprised considering the price. I liked the design so much that I purchased a replacement after trying a bamboo model that kept getting moldy. Buying a cheap, lower-quality car is the way to go If you're looking for a quality wood waterfall soap dish, this is fine. Just know that it's easy to break, and there are no benefits to It has become too easy to buy off honest reviewers with a company so lacking in ethics. For me, I would never do business with a company like that again. This way, -Br>- While I like the overall design of these soap dishes, I am disappointed to discover that they are not a 100% teak product, as the product description claims. Since I have a lot of experience with teak, I know its density well. There is very little weight to this. The porous material is very thin. When a cat knocked over a dish (there are about 3 feet between it and the ground), all of it broke The dense and heavy nature of teak, coupled with its lack of pores, makes the wood exceptionally durable and water resistant. Its high oil content makes it highly resistant to damage from rot and water. The dry porousness of this is absent of any of those things, and was most apparent in the exposed area after the first item Teak soap dishes for use in wet bathrooms are not these, so do not buy them if you need them to withstand moisture.

The table is not made of While the soap dish is appealing, the wood is not teak wood as described on the website
3/5

The dish is stained to look darker and more like teak wood however, the stain doesn't stick to the porcelain well and is difficult to clean. When we scraped part of the bottom of the dish, we found that it was very light wood, not.

I've had this for more than 2 months now, and because it is in the direct area of the shower the hair is always wet from it
5/5

As far as the teak quality goes, I've not seen any cracks on it (so it must be real), it still gets wet but the water doesn't seem to soak into the wood, so I guess it's It keeps it dry as well because soap does not stick to it. It has also been found to be very easy to clean.

This is not teak, but a fake
3/5

The wood in this picture is not teak. To begin with, teak has already been varnished. Why varnish its surface? Wood is porous, light in weight, with no straight lines in the grain. The tree must be an A very disappointing experience.

Keeping it clean makes it look good
5/5

This teak dish may not be as teaky as it appears to be The material looks like teak, but it's not genuinely teak, but what's important is that I don't really care what it feels like. Despite its minimal appearance and lack of any drainage feature, this soap dish looks good enough The next level of teak soap dishes costs at least twice as much as they do now, and while they may or may not be more authentic, they won't be more attractive or more functional. Having a good value cleaner that is easy to keep clean is important. Is it worth it to pay so much.

A wood soap dish is what I was looking for
5/5

Obviously, there are lots of soap dishes out there, but I wanted something like this. The following are two of the elements 1) wood 2) one-man 3) The piece I had a bit of aesthetic appeal. My criteria are met by this one. As I've had it for over a year now, I can confirm that soap can get a little soiled on a soap dish, but this one cleans up very well, so I am happy to have bought it.

There is only one word Teak
5/5

Most soap trays tend to accumulate lathering residue, which is residue left over from the soaping process, following the shower. This results in the soap bar sticking to the tray, as well as the tray collecting more and more soap residue as a result of the glue. The same cannot be said for this one. It has been my experience that the Teak Soap Dish here has a natural tendency to remain clean over time. Despite the fact that the soap bar sticks to it (as they all do), it breaks away from the dish easily because of the rails on the tray and the smooth finish of the wood. It's a great product for the money I spent, I'm very pleased with it.

The soap dish is very simple, but there's still something to be said
5/5

Despite being just a soap dish, it is the most pleasing soap dish I have ever seen. No matter what you put onto it, it won't break, it won't stain, and neither does it stain anything at all. Has a nice griddle that holds soap nicely, drains well, and is easy to keep A lightweight design is also available. Since this dish will last for many years, it will be the only dish I will ever need to buy again. The design is really nice and streamlined, as well.
