These straw cleaners are absolutely amazing. They're a lot sturdier and more durable than I expected, and they cleaned even my crustiest straws in no time (I drink thick, disgusting smoothies because I apparently enjoy being miserable). If you're a clumsy idiot like me, the metal tips are even coated to prevent you from stabbing yourself. My only gripe is that I only needed one or two, but this package comes with four. As a result, it isn't really a gripe.
This brush set is a fantastic deal! We use silicone straws in our insulated tumblers, so I bought these to clean them. The brush is simple to use and durable enough to fit into the straw's center. I also clean the seals on lids and other small creviced items with the brush. The bristles are stiff enough to clean effectively without scratching or dulling surfaces. These are something I'd buy again.
Until I purchased it, I had no idea how much I needed it. I'm pretty sure all of my Starbucks cold cup straws were filthy on the inside, but who knows? I no longer have to be concerned now that I have this cleaner! Scrubbing the straw is a breeze with it - I simply add a few drops of palmolive to the brush and clean away!.
The insides of my head are spinning. br> br>The neck is slender. This scrubber's entire purpose is to allow you to reach and scrub the bottom of tall glasses. br>br>The foam is cheapbr>br> So, why would you give your customers something that doesn't accomplish this? After you insert the scrubber, all you can do is move it in and out because the foam on the end is larger than it needs to be, causing it to suction to the sides of the cups; the head spins and the neck is flimsy; and after you insert the scrubber, all you can do is move it in and out because the foam on the end is larger than it needs to be. Eh. It's just that I'm not much of a scrubber.
Make a financial plan. I've only had this POS for a few weeks, and it's already falling apart from normal use! Because I live alone, I don't have to wash nearly as many glasses. That just proves the point that this thing is a waste of time.
I was very disappointed when I tried to use my new Dawn wand and after a few seconds the whole thing fell apart there is a plastic pen pressed into the handle that holds all the little sponges together but it keeps popping out it's not secure to the handle so just okay if you don't put any pressure on it I mean any type of pressure the whole thing falls apart I thought with the name Dawn on it it would be pretty good but it's a piece of It's possible that it's a factory defect or that it was designed to use replacement sponges, but it's just a cheap plastic item that you'd throw away once it's worn out. It appears to be more Chinese nonsense.
My mother got my father a Bubba mug with a large rubber flexible reusable straw that holds 32 ounces. (The reusable straw is at least twice the width of a standard fast-food straw. ) ) It was my turn to refill his water bottle (we keep refilling it with water for him all the time. ) ) I went to refill it, washed the cup and straw, looked inside, and nearly passed out. There was black mold on that straw! My father is in such a terrible situation! I took a paper towel and wrapped it around a plastic straw, then scrubbed and scrubbed with scalding hot soapy water, pushing the rolled-up paper towel through. Finally, I heard about these and found them on Amazon. I told everyone to clean dad's straw and cup at least once a day!) I was overjoyed to discover that they came in a six-pack! They're a great value and last a long time. I'll have to get Dad some more cups and straws now. Don't wait to get your hands on some of these. They're fantastic at cleaning. They're flexible and easy to hold and use because they have a hole where you can stick your finger to grasp the brush. These will only clean large straws; they will not clean small metal straws.
Worst product from a reputable brand I've ever used; it fell apart on the first use. The sponge-holding spindle was poorly attached, and when pushed and pulled into the water bottle, it popped off, releasing all of the sponges. It's a no-brainer to return it and not to purchase it!.
