I was planning on purchasing a less expensive table, but after reading the positive reviews, I decided to go with this one. I also liked that it came with a face cradle, so I knew it would work with the table. My face cradle, on the other hand, failed after only three uses. It collapsed when a normal face was placed inside, and it would not stay locked in place after that. I was referred to the manufacturer by Amazon to replace the faulty part, and they were completely silent until I left a negative review here, promising to update if I heard from them, so I've added a star because, while it took a long time, they did send a replacement face cradle, which appears to be much more durable than the original. Customer service isn't great, but I've dealt with worse. At the very least, the warranty was honored.
When I'm laying on it, I'm 6'4" and 250 pounds, so there's plenty of room. When I climb on, it hardly moves. You'd be a fool not to get this one when compared to the others in this price range. It accommodated both my wife and me at the same time. 😍.
I already own an Earthlite that I've had for 25 years, dating back to when I first started working as a massage therapist, so I knew this was a great brand. Despite the fact that the box stated that it was made in China, Stronglite is a division of Earthlite. This table isn't quite as wide as my office table, but it'll suffice for house calls. The shoulder strap is the only flaw, and it's a major one. It doesn't have a wide strap, and the small piece that is supposed to go over the shoulder to carry it is useless. It's a great table for my clients to sit on because it's comfortable and sturdy. I was relieved to receive it so quickly because my old table had broken and I had been unable to conduct business until this one arrived. Delivery in two days! The headrest can be adjusted, and the cushion is thick.
