Questions & Answers

What is the table's maximum weight capacity?

One evening, we sat around the table, three of us, watching roller coaster videos on the big screen television. We put over 450 pounds on it and it remained stable, with no creaking or other signs of wear. There will always be exceptions, but our table appears to be able to handle a lot of weight.

Is there any squeaky noise coming from the table?

No, I'm 240 pounds, and it doesn't feel very sturdy to me.

I'm going to use it for facials and waxing, so I want to make sure the back rest is sturdy. How does it stand up to the test of time?

Extremely durable. We have three tables in my studio and use the backs all of the time, even with large clients, so they're a lot more durable than you'd think. We've had them for six months and they're still in great condition.

How big is this table, and how long is it?

The folded table has overall dimensions of 36" long x 8" wide. 1/2" wide by 28" tall. The standing table is 84" long with the headrest and 37" wide with the armrests, with a height range of 24-36". 1/2" to 35" in diameter 1/2". A 6- 4-inch (long) x 1/2" The top of the table's 1/2" (wide) face cradle can be removed for on-the-go setup. If you live in the Orange County area, I have one for sale. Face area has some wear and has been patched. This table is a hit with customers! [email protected] is where you can reach me. com

During the massage, the bed began to crack
3/5

I bought this bed in September 2018 and called the manufacturer because the bed broke during a massage. I was told that it was past the one-year warranty period and that there was nothing that could be done. They didn't even try to work with me, which was extremely disappointing. There's no way this isn't a manufacturing flaw, and I'm not going to buy anything else.

The majority of the features I required were present, and it looked fantastic
3/5

When I unwrapped, a long list of bad things happened. It had the majority of the functions I required and looked fantastic. When I unwrapped it, a long list of bad things happened.
- There were too many sharp edges on the headrest, just waiting for the therapist to cut themselves on. br>- The headrest was made out of pressed wood with metal accents. sharpened edgesbr>- The padding appears to crunch like thick brillo sponge, despite being comfortable.
- The material sewn around the handle of the carry case began to rip as I lifted it out of my trunk. br>- After the first use, I discovered a split in the material. br>- I'm putting the bag back in my trunk, so I'm lifting it up. More ripping noises coming from the side strap area, as well as a hole in the case's bottom. br>I've had my original Oakwork table and carrying bag since 1998, and after 5 years of wear and tear, I decided it was time to upgrade. br>Well, I guess I'll just re-write it now. I'm going to reupholster an old, sturdy table!.

So far, this table has proven to be sturdy and of good quality
5/5

I've been an LCMT for 8 years and have purchased three tables during that time, the third of which I just used with a private client. I'm glad I bought this table. My wife and I conducted consumer research on EVERY TABLE UNDER $300 available on Amazon. We chose this one despite our reservations because it received the highest overall rating. I'm happy to add my five-star rating to the mix. You'll be surprised at how good it is. I'm not easily impressed, but this table is lovely so far, and the CONSTRUCTION appears to be adequate for the price; I'm very happy with it. The one in blue is particularly attractive.

I was let down
3/5

This table is heavier than expected, and the carrying bag that comes with it is poorly made, and I'm a certified lash technician. The strap completely ripped as I was transporting the table from a client's home, causing me to drop the table. I'm hoping the table isn't shattered. This purchase did not meet my expectations. The armrests are useless because they fall off at random while the client is seated on the table. Now I'll have to look for a new carrying case to transport the table, which will cost me more money after I bought it exactly one month ago. Instead of replacing the bag, the company should have replaced it.

Beware! Even the directions warn you to be cautious! I had my heart set on a black table, but there were none available
3/5

As a result, I placed an order for the cream. Even though the packing box said cream, the table I took out was black. That was the most beneficial aspect of this purchase. The rest of it isn't so great. The legs can't be locked out because there aren't any. As a result, flipping the table upright is difficult. Legs continue to fold inwards. It's not surprising that some people have lost faith in it. Side arms, which can be inserted Headrests, on the other hand, are a sham. There's no way to keep them in this time. Remove your arm from your body by sliding it away from you. The armrest will also be able to slide away. Allowing your client to slide up into the face cradle is not a good idea. It's possible that it'll slip right out from under their nose. I'm surprised the designers didn't include any locking mechanisms in this thing. I guess safety isn't a major concern.

I WAS ON IT WHEN IT COLLAPSED! THE TABLE HAS ONLY BEEN ON THE MARKET FOR ONE MONTH! Soon after receiving this item, I wrote a review
3/5

ONE SIDE OF THIS TABLE CAME DOWN WITH ME ON IT TONIGHT! Saloniture's screws connect the parts in a fraction of an inch. This horrible, dangerous thing, disguised as something safe and "sturdy," has only been around for ONE MONTH! This is a hazardous table. The table's included accessories will be discarded with it, as they are likely to be made in the same inept and careless manner as the table. When the problem is beyond the scope of money, who cares about a warranty? It would be bad enough if it was something that wasn't meant to be touched by a living person. But a table that is supposed to keep people safe? I'll be speaking with Saloniture again.

We purchased this table to use in our home and it is fantastic
5/5

It appears to be of good quality and is simple to set up. It's not wobbly and it's very comfortable. The arms are easy to slip in and out of, which I appreciate because I am small and find it difficult to work around the table with them in place. However, I can take them out while working on one side of the table and then put them right back in when I move to the other; some may object to the ease with which they can be removed, but I think it's a nice feature. The angle of the neck attachment is simple to adjust, but you must be careful where you place the lever or it will not slide all the way into the table. We bought a separate cover for the headrest, and the table is a little heavy to carry around, but that could be because I'm short and it's awkward for me to carry. This is one of the lighter tables we considered, and I'm glad we chose the lighter option. We haven't had it long, but it appears to be well-made and the padding/cushioning is comfortable. Except for the leg bolster, all of the attachments fit neatly inside the table when it is folded, which is convenient to have them all in one place. (a manufacturer suggestion, it appears that you could put some elastic that would pop out the sides of the table when it is folded up to hold the bolster; I may look into making that modification myself) The table comes with a soft cover case/zipper bag, but it will be rare that it is ever put in the bag in our house. Finally, if you are sensitive to smells, you are in luck; I didn't detect anything that would cause me to be alarmed, and I am a fairly sensitive smeller. Relax and enjoy!.

Client-friendly/heavy for therapists on the road This table is designed with the client in mind
4/5

It has all the pieces you can add or remove for your comfort; I haven't used the front arm holder yet, but I do occasionally pull out the side arm rests and no one complains! The foam is soft, comfortable, and durable. I wish the bolster was a full one rather than a half, but only if it could fit in the bag, which is broken. The threading on one side of the smaller strap has come loose, so I can't hold it with the smaller strap if I pick it up with the bigger one. If we're at the top of the table, we're 7-0. I'd give it five stars if it were 10 pounds lighter, but transporting it is a pain.
