1st case scenario The description claims a lift capacity of 600 pounds, but the owner's manual states that the recommended maximum weight limit is 315 pounds. The width options are 28, 30, and 32, which is a discrepancy. I chose a 32-inch table because that's what I'm used to at the spa where I work. When I first saw it in my massage room, I thought it was small in comparison to the 30 inch wide travel table I was using. I couldn't stand it any longer, so I took a measurement, which came to 31 inches. I'm not sure if they accidentally sent me a 30 inch table or if their 32-inch table is actually a 31-inch table. Aside from that, the table appears to be fantastic. It has a slightly loud tilt to it. It snaps into place on a piece of metal that dings a little more than I'd like, but that's fine. The motor is quiet and quiet. I just received the table today, so I'll update my review if I run into any problems. So far, I'm really enjoying it! I'm really looking forward to using it with my next client. Oh, and the fact that it goes so low is fantastic! If it had lived up to the description, I would have given it a five star rating!.

I'm in a lot of pain. After reading all of the great reviews and seeing my friend's table, I decided to order this one. My table arrived today, but it isn't level. I tried both foot glide levers and even went through the troubleshooting process for a new foot glide lever. The uneven glider, on the other hand, refuses to budge, and my table is swaying. The delivery men complained about how heavy it was and handled it with vigour. When I dialed the 800 number, I was told that all of their technicians were on break and that they would contact me later. I didn't get a call back, so I had to massage it twice today, and the only way it felt stable was if I put a pillow case folded up underneath the uneven glider. If you try to use the up and down buttons, it will, of course, move. Anyway, this table is a significant investment, and I'm not willing to accept it if it isn't up to snuff. Please call me back so I can get the expensive, working table I paid for and was expecting today. If that's the case, I'll gladly award 5 stars. Thank you very much.

  I took advantage of the Aurion insurance package that came with this purchase and would recommend it to others. When I spoke with an Earthlite representative, he confirmed that if the product is purchased through Amazon, the manufacturer's warranty is void. For two years of peace of mind, $50 is well worth it. Everything went off without a hitch during the delivery. The table was on a pallet and had been well-packaged. Because it would not fit through my doors packaged this way, I had the drivers remove the outside pallet and packaging. I did request that they keep the heavy plastic wrap around the bed portion of the table as a precaution. They managed to carry the 190-pound table up 17 flights of stairs without causing any damage to my house or the table. The blue 32" x 73" print is the perfect size, and the blue color is much darker in person than it appears in the photo. Hopefully, the photos below will demonstrate this. It's very smooth, but it's also brand new. Take a look at the video and photos that are included. This table lifts much higher than I expected, and it would be ideal for someone who is quite tall. The only thing that disappointed me was the lack of a matching headrest, which I'm having trouble finding. In the meantime, I'll have to make do with the one I have for my stationary table, but I'm happy with the purchase overall. After a few years, or if anything noteworthy happens, I'll update this review.

Is there no cradle for your face? It was a fantastic delivery. The table had been beautifully packaged. I've had the table for a few weeks now and it's fantastic. The table is extremely sturdy and does not produce any creeks. The only reason I gave it four stars is because I think it's ridiculous that such a high-priced table doesn't include a face cradle.

Because I previously used a folding Earthlite table, my clients don't notice much of a difference in comfort. Clients can hear the table being adjusted but can't tell which way it's moving because they have their eyes closed. So you can hear it a little bit, but it's a gentle movement. Because my body will be in better alignment, I'm looking forward to many more years of practice with this table. I frequently adjust it five times in a 90-minute session, demonstrating how frequently my body was forced to compensate when I didn't have the option to adjust up and down. I was hesitant to buy it because it stated that it would take nearly a month to arrive. I was, however, relieved to see that it had arrived much sooner. We unboxed the table and used a dolly to flip it on one end and get it up an elevator to my office; once unboxed, all you have to do is plug it in.

After 15 years of massage, I finally bit the bullet and bought a hydraulic table. Ordering from Amazon was simple, and the delivery company was courteous and helpful in getting the package into my room. My table warmer doesn't stay on well with this table because the edges are rounded, but my clients love it so far. It's whisper quiet and most people don't even notice when it moves. I had to sew velcro to the sides to keep it in place when the client rolled over.

Amazon only gave you 12 days to return the table if you had any issues, and the issue with the table didn't show up until 3 weeks after delivery. Customer service at Amazon was able to resolve the issue. I'm getting a replacement table, but there's no guarantee that it won't break down as well. In order to obtain a warranty, I must contact the manufacturer. Please allow me to take another day off for delivery!.
