Denny, how are you? This 1/2 gallon jar's pump is not included. This is where you'll find it: amazon. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B01NBDZVJ7 com/dp/B01NBDZVJ7
The creme is a little thicker than a body butter. It absorbs quickly, glides smoothly, and leaves no greasy residue.
I can't answer everything here because it's too long, but I'm sure the list is somewhere on this site.
I've used two 50-minute sessions of Bon Vita All Purpose Massage Creme. I'd clear my credit card debt and stock up on Bon Vital All-Purpose Massage Creme!

As a massage therapist, I can attest to the efficacy of this product. It's not greasy, but it provides enough glide to allow for controlled deep tissue work. It's also a hit with my patients. It doesn't dry out like some massage lotions, so you won't have to reapply it all the time.
In terms of how to use this product, I like the way it allows your hands to glide while massaging someone. It takes a little while to absorb, but it isn't greasy. So many massages can be performed with a half gallon of oil. Massage doesn't take much, so it can last a long time; I did have trouble tearing the silver foil (seal) that covers the container, but that's not a big deal. This is a product that I would recommend.
My fiancee works as a massage therapist and prefers to use this product over oils and lotions. When I used to go to other therapists for massages, I always hated how oily I felt afterward. This is fantastic! Apart from that, I can't say much about the product because I don't use it. I simply know that this product is superior to others in my opinion.
This is, by far, the worst of all the Bon Vital cremes. It smells like plastic, feels like spackle (which is used to fill holes in drywall), and has the least amount of glide of any of Bon Vital's cremes. To compare cremes, try a few different ones. I'm sure you'll agree with me on this.
This cream is one of my favorites because it absorbs quickly into my hands, feet, knees, and elbows, whereas oil can be difficult to absorb due to calluses and dry, rough skin. The fact that the ingredients are organic is also appreciated by my clients.
I didn't want to buy the huge jar because I only needed something to help with my neck and shoulders. This is fantastic. Tacky enough to provide resistance, but smooth enough to get the job done, and gentle enough to be used on even the most delicate skin.
It didn't have a pleasant scent to it. I called Amazon and they wanted me to ship the lotion back at my expense, which I didn't want to do because I didn't want to deal with the hassle, so I just said don't worry about it and walked away with my money. I've purchased Bon Vital before and love the cream, but this coconut cream is terrible.
I bought this along with a massage table to use at home. br>This stuff is fantastic for full-body massages; a little goes a long way and lasts the duration of the massage. br>Easy to wash off and softens skin. br>My only complaint is the odor; it smells strange, almost expired, despite the fact that the date on the tub says it isn't.
