It's great value and it tastes awesome! It would be great if Pruvit's NAT was cheaper, but the cost was It was a pleasant surprise when I tried it! There is a small difference in weight, this is a powder vs granules and it doesn't blend/mix quite as well as Pruvit. The texture is a little bit chalky, but for the difference in price, I can live I really enjoy the taste of this product. It tastes similar to grape kool aid. I am very satisfied with the price and the The product will continue to be purchased.

Even though I did not see any evidence that this product worked, I decided to try it anyway because all the comments were positive. It definitely works, as I can attest to it. Buying is a bad idea. It sounded good on paper, so I wanted to believe it. This product is an interesting one, and I have looked into it on their website and on this site. In prior attempts at keto diet and pruvit keto os, I lost 30 pounds in six weeks (not as strictly) but the diet wasn't rigorous for me. I found this to be a far better product, based on the positive reviews outweighing the negative and the cost was much cheaper than Pruvit. It seemed like a good idea, so I tried it. I followed the recommendations and have been taking it for four days now. There were stomach cramps and knots every day, and I had to go to the bathroom constantly. When I tried to run or do any cardio, even for a little while, my condition got worse. It was the worst for me because I had both diarrhea and constipation all at the same time. All I could pass out was In my mind (sorry if that was just me trying to be honest) I immediately thought, "Oh well, my body is just adjusting back to keto again so I won't give up quite yet". Using it two days in a row caused pretty severe pain in my lower back on the left side. Although I have a high tolerance for pain, this one concerns me. My best efforts have been to massage it and let it rest, but thus far no success. The cause of the problem is unclear, but I'm worried that it's my kidneys. In light of the Coronavirus outbreak, I am afraid to go to the hospital at the nearby hospital, there was a confirmed death just last night. My experience with this product has been negative so far, if not it actually did the complete opposite. I did drop two pounds. Although I would like to lose three pounds, the risks do not seem worth it to me. After several weeks of using this product I was slowed down significantly in my workouts. At this point I will not be using it any longer. I hope I can get my money back because at this point I can't afford to lose Make sure you purchase Pruvit for the extra money if you want a high-quality keto supplement. pruvit is a great product. I completely endorse it. In this case, the product does all it promises to do as well as It is my hope that you find this useful. Health is important, so don't risk it.

Just not something I'd like to devote much time to. Although I have tried multiple exogenous ketone products, I was blown away at the results after a single use of this product. I have done strict keto diets and taken various exogenous ketone products in the past. This is the best result I've ever had in such a short time. You'll have to take my word that my blood sugar was 100 mg/dL after I did the 0. I wish I had taken a photo of it before, but I cannot remember exactly when it occurred. A ketone test was conducted three times and the 70 mg/dL level was reached shortly after. The ketone level at 7 is low. All of these tests were done with finger sticks. I will do another review once I'm on it for a full 6 months A review is scheduled for eight weeks to see how I feel and whether or not I've lost any weight.
