I am impressed by the ease with which the drops can be taken beneath Even though it isn't as flavorful as it is, it is still quite Since I started taking this almost three weeks ago, I haven't experienced any side effects. In addition to the increase in energy and feel of bloating that is gone, I have noticed a boost in energy as well. Although I don't have a scale, I now have a pair of jeans that are too big for me, so I don't know how much weight I've lost. A keto diet for me is an 80-20 ratio I took 5 and nothing has changed. It is tasted much better than other keto products, but nothing appears to help.
