I'm on a low-calorie diet, and sticking to it has always been difficult. I'm not jittery in any way. This, I believe, has made dieting a lot easier for me than it would have been otherwise. I haven't had the desire to eat in a long time. I eat in order to stay within my daily calorie limit. This has already helped me lose two pounds in the first week of using it. This product has proven to be effective for me. I'm going through perimenopause/lower metabolism, as well as dealing with adrenal fatigue and a heel spur. I've noticed that when I take it first thing in the morning, I'm not as hungry as I used to be. When I eat breakfast and lunch, I am more satisfied. I don't have as strong cravings as I used to, and if I do, I only need a small amount to satisfy it, whereas before I would have cravings for days at a time. When I take it at home at night, I notice that it takes a little longer for me to feel the effects because I'm tired from a long day at work and a long commute. I have yet to begin my workout program, which I am confident will aid in weight loss, but I have noticed that I feel "lighter" and that my face appears to be thinner.
