As far as I am concerned, these are the only drops that I have discovered to be effective. It has been four months since I started using it. There will be no immediate effects to this supplement. I can certainly tell that it suppresses my appetite now.
Hello, the raspberry ketone drops are taken by holding the liquid under the tongue for about 30 seconds before swallowing. The thin membrane under the tongue allows it to be absorbed in this way. As of now, I've been on the drops for 3 months and have lost 32 pounds, I was 241 pounds when I began. I'm now at 209 pounds. This does keep your appetite under control. In the morning, I have a cup of coffee and some fruit. Of course lunch is a protein shake, and dinner is a nice meal. I have my eating disorder under control even when I go out to eat with my wife once in a while on the weekend.
Also, I ordered this because I struggle to lose weight and thought it would be useful. Taking this three times a day is fine and the flavor is fine as well. I have not weighed myself yet because it has only been three weeks and I continue to want to wait just.
A slight tilt of the bottle caused it to leak its entire contents, despite being sealed and unopened. I didn't see any tampering with the seal. As a result of a misalignment of the dropper's threads, the problem occurred.
There was nothing that I liked about this. The directions instructed me to take it twice a day for fifteen minutes after taking it I took the supplement 30 minutes prior to eating/drinking and saw no change. Despite the fact that it suppressed my appetite, I was not at all hungry after taking it. Due to my high expectations, I was disappointed that this product did not work for me so that I could lose 15 pounds A 20-pound bag is what you need.
It's much easier to put in my water this way.

So, I have started going to the bathroom more than normal, I'm not sure if that is normal. As far as I can tell, this is just laxatives in a bottle. However, I don't really know what to say. This has been giving me a weird feeling. Despite only being two days in, I'm already feeling stressed out. Our next step will be to find out.
