I found it relatively sweet, with not much mango flavor, but it was not difficult to consume as some other reviews claim. My stomach was upset for 2 to 3 days at first, but then it went away slowly. As a result of the energy crash caused by low carb, I have tried it before but could not stick with it. Electricity is a specialized field, and you need to focus on it. I was unable to do that when I was on a low carb diet. Although I wasn't at all eager to begin eating low carbs in the beginning, after a week, I realized that I could lose weight and continue to eat low carbs. You have to see it to believe it. It makes me feel good to have my appetite reduced and to simply feel better overall. I think this product is of good quality, however it is a bit expensive. The company that I am currently using is called Keto Burst, which is a solid alternative which has a 1/3 lower price tag. With the same ingredients, it has a great orange flavor, and it costs 1/3 of what an orange juice costs.
