When I take these pills, I feel as though I get an energy boost because if I forget to take them, I feel a bit drowsy. It was mainly the powdered drinks that I used ketone products for in the past. The downside of these drinks is that they are expensive and I have a hard time drinking them everyday. I use it every time I overdo carbs. Taking capsules instead of a drink I have to drink all day is easier and more convenient than drinking a drink I have to nurse I just have to swallow the capsules to get started!.
