As I drink this daily, I have also tested the ketones in my urine with ketone test strips During my use of Ignite Keto and now that I don't have any for a few days as I await my reorder (yes, it's worth it). While I am certain this powder increased my ketone levels, I will not post any pictures of urine soaked test sticks like I have seen others do in the past to prove my claim. It smells amazing-- but the taste is just so strong that I can't drink it. Cringing is the best way to describe it. I have not found it to be of benefit to me either How to get into ketosis. , I have tried over the last 20 years, is more than I can bear. There were some good ones, some terrible ones, but since I learned to tolerate a lot, I dealt with them. I don't understand this stuff Having tried everything I can think of, I can't get it down. In addition to nut milk and unsweetened vanilla almond milk, I have tried it in plain water and with coffee. The taste is too strong. It tastes like liquid metal. I am only using half a scoop. This item is so cheap that I am hesitant to throw it away. How are other people using it? What do they mix.

There is no effect on your urine other than ketones. The program does nothing but that. You can let it out of your bladder as soon as you empty it. It doesn't matter how low one goes on carbs or how strict the diet is. You don't enter ketosis any quicker. It won't be long before you start going keto before ketones are absent from the stool. ways to achieve the results I wanted but none of them worked.
