I do not normally write reviews, but I felt this was a rip off. During the ketoflu stage of the Ketogenic diet, I used this product to make the process more comfortable. Now that I've lived on Keto to some degree, I've done it off and on. It takes three months to complete this task. Even though many of these supplements claim it will put you into ketosis, I didn't expect one to really do it, since I have done plenty of research on ketogenesis and exogenous ketone supplements. I've been on keto for 6 months, and it would be nice to use an additional ketone supplement. Honestly, I drink this flavor if my carb intake is high, or if I'm putting on weight.
