I filled about half of my shaker with it, and it tastes great. There's no unpleasant supplement taste, and the sweetness is just right. The only disadvantage is that this product contains 200 mg of caffeine, which is understandable, but keep in mind that the recommended dosage is twice daily for a 3-day period. That's 400 mg of caffeine per day, or four cups of coffee, over the course of a week. You can't remove the caffeine from the powder like you can from the pill pack, so that's where the pill pack wins. br>br>If you're just using cuts, I think the powder is the best option. If you're going to combine cuts with Pump Pro or another powder supplement, keep in mind that you'll be drinking a lot of it. I've switched to the regular Pump, which is a pill pack, so I'm taking one pill pack per day and two shakes of Cuts. br>br>As far as results go, I've been using it for a few days now and I'm seeing steady progress of about 3-5% per day. Every week, I lose 4 pounds. Keep in mind that you must work hard! At the moment, I'm on a low-carb diet with about 2-hours of exercise per day. Every day, three hours of physical activity are required. Cuts is also great for intermittent fasting because it's recommended to drink it on an empty stomach.

I used to work out regularly but fell off the wagon during the pandemic. I recently moved into a new house, and after converting the garage into a workout space, I figured I could use the extra assistance to shed some pounds while also weightlifting to get back in shape. br>br>I did about 2 hours of exercise per day for 5 days. Every week, six days. Before starting this product, I worked out for four weeks without it and lost about six pounds. I followed the same routine for the next three weeks, but added this product to my breakfast and lunch meals, which resulted in a 10 pound weight loss, for a total of about 16. In just two months, you'll have lost 5 pounds. BCAA/amino acids were the only other supplements I was taking at the time. For my workouts, I use a creatine stack, as well as casein protein at night. br>br>I'm on a one-week rest cycle, but I'll be buying another round once that's finished. I lost about 198 pounds and gained 181 pounds. I'm excited to use it, and the scoops I'm supposed to use are very small, so I suppose it works out, but it's a little misleading. br>br>Creative+ paraphrase: I used both flavors in this dish. Both are delicious, easy to drink, and extremely useful. During a cut, I was able to stick to a 1500-calorie diet and lost 20 pounds in only two months! This, in addition to eating a healthy diet and exercising for four hours each week, is a winning combination. But this stuff works wonders for suppressing your appetite and providing you with the energy you need to get through your workouts.

The pills are my favorite because they actually work. The powder is less effective because the canister is tall and deep, with a small hand scoop that makes scooping a serving difficult. To scoop with ease, you'll need a long handle. This is difficult to carry around if you're on the go. Individual pill bags proved to be the ideal solution. This isn't an option any longer. There was no thought process put into converting to a powder. Terrible!.

My weight loss/muscle gain journey has been difficult to say the least; I've been lifting weights five days a week for about two months. My muscles feel more solid and I've lost a lot of weight. But I stopped losing weight about two weeks ago. Despite the fact that my eating habits have remained unchanged. However, I ordered Cuts because I've been using Animal Pak and Flex with great success for a few months. Even after only a few days on Cuts, I've started losing weight again, and my girlfriend even commented on how "your stomach looks more trim. " In the coming weeks, I'm looking forward to seeing the results. My only gripe is that the flavors aren't particularly appealing and taste artificial.

I'm quite pleased with myself. It's so delicious that I almost want to drink it just for the sake of drinking it. I tried the capsules, but I hated having to take so many pills twice a day. I decided to take a chance, and I'm glad I did. I had written a longer review, but I "broke" the rules in some way. I'm not sure if it was because I used the S word or because I didn't agree with the product's rating because "it was the wrong flavor. " " Oh well, we'll see how long this one lasts.

Here are my results after completing a full cycle. Let me start by saying that I eat very few carbs (keto) and fast for 16 hours every other day. 20 hrs. In addition, I exercise four times per week. Five times a week, 30 minutes of cardio. Starting at 195 pounds, I dropped to 201 pounds by the end of the workout. I purchased this product in the hopes of losing a few pounds, but as you can see, I gained six pounds. I'm pretty sure it's all water weight, but for a product that claims to aid in weight loss, it didn't. I strongly discourage you from doing so.
