The medication has been part of my daily regimen for about two weeks now, and I was taking C4 ripped before this. Each week, I work out for about three hours I take it four times a week, just before I go to bed. When I lift, I do not feel very pumped. There is less nausea, though, and I feel less tingles. No matter how intense my workout is, whether it's weights or cardio, I sweat a lot more and feel energized throughout the day as opposed to In my opinion, I feel leaner and have gotten informed, so it'll take time to see what will happen. There is a good taste to the food. The big scooper gives me enough energy for me to get through a lifting session - even though it's a big scoop. Having taken C4 explosive energy for a few years now is not unusual for me. The Ultimate Shred worked pretty well for me and it was a decision I was happy with. I definitely notice a boost in energy as well as my focus improving. This product still makes your skin tingle like other skin care products made by C4. Take a look at this stuff if you want more energy that lasts for the entire day as well as some fat burning added in. It's only a matter of taste that needs to be improved. Though this stuff feels a little chalky, it works great when using it. Recommend it without a doubt.

Get C4 Original instead. For those familiar with C4 or C4 Extreme, this will not represent an increase in value. The only time I have used C4 before is when I was a newborn, so do not waste your money on this special version (which costs the same or more as regular C4 with fewer servings), stick with the original (which I would happily rate 5 stars).

Despite being a huge c4 fan, I simply could not apply the product to my situation. Although I expected it to make my workouts better, it caused me to become Despite using the product twice, I decided to return it. As soon as I woke up, I had a fever and shook so badly. As a buyer, I am not sure what is the major difference between this shred and the standard shred. It's rare for me to do reviews, but I felt that I should share my cautionary tale.
