As far as function is concerned, this product does a great job, but you just have to get past the taste. This product is in pill form, so I was hesitant about trying it in powder form, but I tried it and I absolutely love it. I drink them first thing in the morning before my yoga practice. Powering up my metabolism in the morning is one of my favorite morning activities, and I feel good about using this in that direction. While the taste isn't so appealing all day that it would make you thirst all day, it may surprise you with how delightful it is. I would definitely recommend it.

This company gets 3 stars from me because their customer service is fantastic! Upon opening it, I immediately noticed that a chemical smell emanated from it. I added it to 8 oz of water and it smelled like an incendiary gas mixture with sugar. The water I added seemed to be too thin, so I added more. I was unable to get the code to Shyt was the one who was benefiting from it. Despite my best efforts, I was unable to complete This item was thrown away and a refund was requested.

After trying this product for a week, I decided to review it once it has been used for at least a week. The fat burning effect these have on me is wonderful. I have already lost a few inches around my waist. I exercise three times a week and have followed keto for over three This has not yet been tried as a pre workout but I am going to do that next so that I can compare it to what I already use as a pre workout. It was last week that I ordered the pills from another site. These were ordered from Amazon days later and I got them sooner due to Prime!
