Since I started using it three years ago, I have noticed a big difference I have been in this field for five years now. Research has proven it adds muscle, this is not some fantasy. It is backed by research. Studies have shown that placebo-controlled double blind studies can increase outcomes by up to fivefold It is impossible for me to gain 6 pounds of muscle without exercise because I do not exercise on a regular basis at my age. To replace muscle that has been lost through aging, I use it. I have found that it is effective. Those forearms of mine are ripped to shreds. The studies were conducted using three 1200 mg capsules every day spaced out during the day and most people did not notice any difference for the first three weeks. The same dose that I take and the dose you must take to see results, as I recall, no less than 3 grams. Tonaline CLA, and only Tonaline CLA, is the only way to go. There are two isotopes of CLA in this blend. The regular version of the product that does not specify TONALIN is NOT a special blend and will not perform the same.
