When I opened the bottle, it was not expired, but it had a strange smell to it, and some goo in it. What is it? Can you explain what that looks like on the outside of the capsules?

I find that very intriguing In addition to my last two bottles of CLA PM being the same, I've been using it for many years. Neither the bottles nor the labels are expired. Suddenly, in the cabinet where I store them, I noticed there was a vitamin smell to them that I hadn't noticed

My doctor has prescribed this to me for about a year now. The only thing it does is keep you regular, so I'm not sure how it helps. If dietary and exercise changes are made, I think it could work.

I find it rather hard to swallow and it tastes funny

I thought it was In comparison to a normal CLA capsule, which is much softer, this one is harder. Considering its size, plus the fact that it is hard, it may be challenging.

It's just a "meh" if you want to lose weight. It helps you sleep well. My experience with other CLA products does not show my CLA helping keep me slim.

My opinion of this product is very positive. Although swallowing four large pills every night is a little disappointing, the pills are soft and don't upset my stomach if I eat applesauce or drink Keeping my weight down isn't difficult for me with normal eating and regular exercising. In my opinion, the best part of my purchase is that I am sleeping better since I bought it!.
