I felt nauseous after consuming this, and I doubt it would work. It works best for me when I use the brand Tonalean. There must have been a difference in the ingredients in this since my stomach didn't agree with it.

It may take several weeks for results to appear The problem is that it just won't work. In order for this supplement to work, it needs to be taken for two months. The closest I come to being overweight is a couple of pounds The weight I was carrying was 189 pounds. My first experience with this was when I started taking it. At 172 pounds, I am now in good shape. I've lost a lot of weight and been able to cut my love handles off as well. Now that I am 34, I actually have a chance at getting a six pack.
