I could not stand the taste of it within an hour. It was by far the worst supplement I have ever taken. My stomach turned four times all day, so I stayed in bed all day. In my case, the stomach did not react well to this product. For others it may react differently, but the fact that I immediately opted to use another product that I had purchased with it - Mimic - made me decide to keep using it. At work I took a picture, and that was a grave mistake. After I got really sick, I just guzzled a can of coke and it finally caused me to vomit so violently but I felt better after an hour. As of now, I will be sticking to my regular supplements. A friend who swears by the product recommended it to me, even though I always said don't buy an erroneous name supplement. This is a lesson we should have.

I like this product a lot. My life has really improved since I began doing this. I've lost stubborn fat, have more energy, have more immunity, and feel much better. I appreciate how convenient it is to use it The recommended dosage is 2 capsules 3 times a day, preferably 30 minutes before meals. Among all the fat loss supplements I've tried, this has been the best. Additionally, I like the fact that it has no jitters or crash, and is stimulant free.
