That worked out well! While the process was underway, I noticed some side effects. At the time of entry, I had weighed 142 pounds. With my current weight of 134, I have reached my goal weight. The result isn't bad at all. There has been a decrease in my appetite, and I am now significantly As for my eating habits, I did alter them a bit to become more keto (but not totally) so I would guess it was a combination of things.
