The results are undeniable, but I have no way of comparing them to the more recent one. The product is the same, but I'm not sure if the newer one is better or just a different bottle design.
So long as you stick to the instructions. Throughout the day, make sure to drink plenty of water. Because of the green tea, I wouldn't recommend drinking it too close to bedtime. It's not decaffeinated in any way. When I'm bloated and in need of relief, however, I notice a difference.
With this product, I didn't notice any noticeable differences.

This stuff is effective; That's all there is to it. On a 10-pound diet, I've dropped 12 pounds. This stuff has a day-to-day cycle. Remember that because you're losing mostly water weight, this weight loss is only temporary. If you decide to use this product, be prepared to use the restroom frequently. So, if you're looking to lose a few pounds before a big event, this is the stuff to use.
I don't take eight pills every day; instead, I take four. However, with that amount, you will feel and see amazing results. I work out every day and eat healthy, so I use this to lose the last few pounds that cause my muscles to bulge and tighten. For last-minute bikini vacations, this is a great option! But keep in mind that this will only work if you drink plenty of water.
This product is not the same as the previous version from a few years ago. These pills have a similar effect to what you can get for $6 at the drug store. Again, if you take four pills in the morning and four pills in the evening, you may notice a slight difference.

I need to drink a lot of water! It provides just the right amount of energy while also preventing dehydration and cramping. I've dropped about 5% of my body weight. I've lost 6 pounds of water weight and can see a difference in my abs now. It also helps to prevent bloating, which is a plus.
This product was only used for two days, with each day consisting of two pills. On the second day, I began to experience severe stomach nausea and cramping, to the point where I had to leave work. I'm going to toss the rest of this product in the trash.
