I bought it without reading the label, and as far as I can tell, it's like coffee ibuprofen (though it doesn't taste as good). br>br>You must also take it every four days. This will keep you awake for 6 hours, so if caffeine keeps you awake, this is not a good idea!.
Before I bought it, this product should have warned me that it could cause "severe stomach bleeding. " "All I wanted was a water pill," I explained. I enjoy shopping on Amazon, but this is the third seller this year who has failed to disclose the liability of his products. This type of company tarnishes Amazon's reputation! Joe.
I hardly ever write reviews, but these are fantastic! I was perplexed by other people's criticisms because they work so well. I only take two in the morning and am good to go for the rest of the day; otherwise, my skin becomes dry. But I don't think I'll need any more than those two. I can always tell they work because if I have a carb-related problem, I can always tell they're working. I wake up with swollen fingers in the morning and my wedding ring won't come off because I ate a heavy dinner. My ring, on the other hand, is spinning by noon when I take these. I would strongly suggest it. I've experimented with caffein-based beverages. There are also free ones that work, but I prefer the caffeine boost.
They didn't do anything but turn my urine green. I took a closer look at the box after noticing no effect and discovered it only contained caffeine and an NSAID.
It's effective at reducing swelling in the ankles.
Take only what the doctor says. Even though I have a prescription for water pills, I occasionally need an extra dose of this over-the-counter water pill to help when my hands or legs are swollen. Before I got swollen, I checked with my primary care physician. I've never had an issue with it failing to work. If I'm going out, I take one pill first thing in the morning. I'm taking this day Reddit with caution because I don't want to dehydrate.
I really like these pills; they help me a lot with my water retention issues, and I highly recommend them. I take them a little differently than the directions suggest; I take two pills a day for a month, then take a week off before retaking them. While taking these pills, it's critical to drink plenty of water.
In a single day, I lost 5 pounds of water weight. It doesn't make you feel compelled to pee all of the time, but it does dry out your throat, causing you to drink a lot of water. However, once you stop taking the pills, you will regain all of your lost weight.
