Neither fruit nor vegetables are on the menu. Adding two servings of vegetables to lunch and dinner is a good idea. This is what I did in order to feel satisfied, and I usually ate salads. It is possible to add three shakes or snacks each day to Nutrisystem, but that will cost you extra.
I have done it as well as my husband, so shouldn't we both do it? As a result, he lost more weight
Your favorite vegetables can be added to your lunch or dinner in two servings. Additional shakes and snacks can be added to the Nutrisystem program. In addition to the vegetables, I had no fruit at all, which was fine because I felt fine, no fruit at all.
There is no need to refrigerate the food

Nutrisystems has provided this sample kit as an example of what's available. Weight loss is possible with the weight loss program. Nevertheless, a few things need to be kept in mind. Considering the small portions and the poor quality of the food, it serves only a few people. There is about 15 pounds of excess fat on my body, but I normally eat five to eight times as much as this program recommends. So, you will feel hungry and you will need to fill your cravings with vegetables and fruits until you adjust to the new norm. As a whole, this makes it easier to stick to a diet plan. It also generates results in the long run. Foods that do not require refrigeration can be served at room temperature.
I tried this product years ago and was disappointed. This is still horrible-tasting to me. I tried it again recently and it's still just awful. My neighbor is a homeless guy who lives nearby. I gave him the box. Both of them weren't fond of it.
The reason I gave this box four stars is that it's at a similar price as other Nutrisystem boxes, but it does not include the snack.

This is not a worthwhile purchase at this price. For nutrisystem you can find much cheaper alternatives, but if you don't want to spend hundreds on the actual plan, these are the best options.
