The money spent was a waste

I would not recommend buying. It is a waste of money to purchase The number is way too high The items are priced for a few. This kit was not worth the money I spent on it. I would have been able to buy oatmeal packets, Lean Cuisine meals for lunch and dinner, and snack bars myself myself earlier.

Sugar is what keeps you running

Sugar is an excessively high part of the product. As a result, I can't stick to the diet plan since it makes me very hungry. A constant hunger drives me to eat. It comes with the food that is suggested, but the food that does not come with it. If you consume sugar, you are more likely to become hungry.

Though the intent is noble, the product does not live up to expectations

A grade of two stars is given for effort. The grade for taste and nutrition is a grade of zero. There is an F. Saving yourself the money is the better option. Get some healthier options from the freezer at your local grocery store and put them in your Gostock fridge. I am calling you Caroll- There are many options for dinner, ranging from 280 calories for dinner oatmeal to 150 calories for breakfast oatmeal. The amount of calories you consume each day will determine the amount of snacks you need to complement them. I was not impressed with these and will not purchase them They are also not recommended by me.

There is nothing better than delicious food

The meals are great and I have dropped 10 pounds since I started the meal program. I believe it is because of the small meals I have been eating that I have lost weight so quickly. I suspect that I have been overeating It is crucial that you make an effort to watch how much food you consume and what you consume if you are trying to lose weight.

Choices that were not desirable

Most of the choices Nutrisystem offers in their boxes are good. There were a lot of bad choices in this one. Finished second box but haven't opened it yet. Quite disappointed with this purchase.
