Prenatals are among the best products on the market, in my opinion. The Prenatal protein powder in vanilla and chocolate, as well as the orange chewable tablets, have also been tried by me. It appears to be the best value in Prenatal Essentials. This is something that I recommend.
For a month now, these prenatals have been good for me I have a lot of energy and I've not been as tired even though I have a newborn, I cannot say for sure because I've been changing other aspects of my lifestyle but they have been helpful. It must be said that when you take them, your pee will be bright yellow.
While I get that horrible vitamin taste, it is not as bad as in some cases, and I am not nauseated as well. My only complaint is that I have to take two pills instead of one.
In the past, I have never taken any vitamins, but I read about these from an article online, and I thought they would be a good place to start. I am not sure if this is typical for all vitamins, but they are large, but they are easy to swallow. The pills have been in my system for about two weeks now with no problems. However, I was surprised to find out that they turn my pee a bright yellow shade. It was quick and easy to get the vitamins through Prime. The packets were secure.
One of the first products I have taken that did not make me feel sick after taking it. I was actually given more energy as a result.
There is nothing better than this Even though I take it while I'm dealing with morning sickness, it's rough on my stomach, and I don't believe I'm absorbing all of the B vitamins very well, but that's more of a personal concern.
It seems to work just fine. I was breastfeeding and needed the extra support that diet could not provide. Clean ingredients are what I love about these products.
