Soy is present in this recipe.

Is there a difference between the 60 dha pills and the 60 prenatal pills in the 2 pack?

A 30-pack of DHA and a 30-pack of prenatal vitamins are included in each box. I didn't order the two-pack because it wasn't available, but you'll get 60 of each.

Is gelatin present in the softgels?

Yes, the Prenatal DHA Smart Essentials softgels contain bovine gelatin.

Is there pork in this?

They do not contain pork, as far as I am aware. On the main page, there is a picture of the product with all of the ingredients listed if you scroll down.

Is it possible that they are fake? I did my own investigation
5/5

Some of the claims in the reviews that the vitamins on Amazon were fake or counterfeit made me suspicious. So I had my wonderful husband go to my local supermarket and buy a (real) box of the same vitamins to compare. Look at the images below. Is it possible to tell the two apart? Not at all, I believe. br>br>I've noticed that Rainbow Light has a new, updated formula that includes nutrients from "super foods" and has a different look and smell than the actual vitamin, as well as different labeling to reflect this. These aren't the ones that come in the duo packs. People may confuse the two products, believing the original vitamin is a fake, because they are sold separately and are more expensive. They are the same product, as you can see in the photos, with the same scent, color, and texture. You couldn't tell which ones came from Amazon and which ones came from my local supermarket. So, yes, I'd say it's a good idea. br>br>Don't believe everything you read on the internet. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ.

This is an excellent DHA supplement
5/5

I'm amazed at how many people have given these a one-star rating because they aren't prenatal vitamins. ' You are correct. It isn't the case. DHA is absent from the vast majority of prenatals on the market. This is a supplement to your normal prenatal care. This is why I purchased them. I didn't notice any fishy odor (this was early in pregnancy), and I didn't burp afterward (which is huge for me because I hate burping). They're a little bigger, but they're gel caps, so swallowing them isn't a problem for me. I would recommend it as a great addition to my prenatal!.

BUYING THIS PRODUCT IS A MISTAKE! SCAM! It's not even close to being a vitamin
3/5

SCAM! BUYING THIS PRODUCT IS A MISTAKE! These aren't meant to be taken during pregnancy. This is a huge waste of money and a disaster. There are no vitamins recommended for pregnant women in these pills. There are about four things in this so-called "so-called" "so-called" "so Orange peel is referred to as a vitamin. What the hell is going on here? Folic acid, a variety of vitamins, calcium, iron, and a variety of other nutrients are all essential for pregnant women. Other prenatal vitamins ALWAYS include a list of more than 12 essential vitamins for women who are pregnant. When I got this, I burst out laughing. It's exorbitantly priced and contains nothing that a doctor recommends should be included in a prenatal vitamin. Customers are being duped, and pregnant women's health is being jeopardized as a result of this false advertising.

Not at all what I had anticipated
3/5

These were supposed to be Rainbow Light Prenatal vitamins, but they aren't. I usually get these at Target, but I ordered them from Amazon to save time and money. On the left are the ones I bought here, and on the right are the ones I bought at Target. The vitamins aren't all the same, and the bottles aren't all the same. My stomach was upset by the ones I ordered from Amazon, and they smelled awful. Despite the fact that I still had these, I couldn't stand it any longer and bought the ones from Target. It was a valuable lesson.

It used to be the best, but now it's no longer the case
3/5

I used to think these were the best, and I was about to leave a 5-star review a few months ago. For about six months, they were excellent. However, the last three shipments I've received have been extremely dissimilar. (They arrive on a monthly basis for me. ) The DHA ones used to have a pleasant orange scent, so you couldn't detect any fishy flavor or odor. I'm guessing I'm getting some bad batches because every shipment I get now has a much stronger fishy odor, to the point where I can't eat them. Just opening the bottle makes me feel sick. In addition, instead of receiving one of each, I received two of the DHA kind in the last shipment. In total, I had one bottle of prenatal vitamins that appeared to be defective and four bottles of DHA that appeared to be defective. Is it possible that they've become spoiled in some way, or do you have a different quality control system? They haven't reached their expiration date yet. If I get reimbursed or replacements for the bad batches, I'd like to bump this up to 5 stars.

Still fantastic! When I found out I was pregnant, I started taking these about a year ago
4/5

I liked how they were made with "clean" ingredients and were based on food. Because I had hyperemisis, the pills were sometimes difficult to swallow, but once I did, I felt fantastic. I wouldn't suggest them to women who have difficulty taking pills. They're quite large! I'm still taking them even though my son is 7 months old and I'm breastfeeding. My energy level has shifted significantly. They tweaked the look and formulas a smidgeon, but nothing major. The DHA smells a little more "fishy," and the vitamin is a little more chalky. Expect your pee to turn neon yellow when you use it. Overall, these are excellent vitamins, and once I am no longer breastfeeding, I will switch to the women's multivitamin.

This isn't a vegetarian product, and it isn't a prenatal supplement
3/5

After receiving this, I was quite upset. Rainbow Light's vegetarian products were something I was confident in. I noticed the encapsulation when I first opened the bottle, which prompted me to double-check (I'm a pescatarian), and this product, of course, contains gelatin. Not only that, but it's labeled PRENATAL DHA, which it isn't. DHA is all there is to it. JUST DHA would have cost me more than this. I wish I could return it, but it says it's not eligible. I'm so disappointed that I just squandered my money.

LOVE! Aided in the maintenance of milk supply and the reduction of anxiety
5/5

This combination is still working for me 11 months after giving birth. The DHA/fish oil supplementation has helped me manage my anxiety to the point where I am no longer on medication. These vitamins are also responsible for my continued supply of milk. I switched to a different brand of fish oil and stopped taking the prenatal altogether, and my milk supply plummeted. I also noticed that my anxiety had increased significantly. I ordered more of these, and my milk was back on track, and I felt much better. These are something I would recommend to anyone!.
