A day's worth of supplements is equal to four pills! Please read the entire description before proceeding. You must take two in the morning and two at night because they are smaller pills. You only need to take one in the morning and one at night for some of them. This package contains only one month's worth of supplements. Don't be fooled by the number of pills you'll be receiving.
Everything about the ingredients is fantastic. The "mini" pills, on the other hand, are anything but mini. They also have a bad taste, so I'll take them for a month but won't buy them again.
Compared to the original, it's smaller and easier to take. This is without a doubt the best prenatal I've ever used. I'm pregnant for the second time, and I've tried four different brands so far. Overall, when I'm taking these, I'm at my best.
I wouldn't have them any other way! Before I became pregnant, I would drink coffee every day, if not several times a day, and when I became pregnant, I had to stop cold turkey due to the smell being intolerable, and I credit these prenatals for keeping me awake and helping me survive my caffeine-free life. Lol. They don't make me sick or make me feel bad in any way. My hair and nails have never grown faster or stronger than they have now! I'll never be able to get enough of them! There are numerous advantages:.
The minis are far superior to the regulars. When I first took them, they had a strong taste, but I liked that there was no aftertaste, as I've had vitamins that brought up the iron taste hours later.
I tried taking these pills three days in a row and had acid reflux and was practically throwing up in my mouth on all three days. In addition, the pills are enormous and have an unpleasant taste.
This brand, along with one or two others, was recommended by my gynecologist as the best prenatal options. She informed me that many others are simply pretty pink pills designed for aesthetics rather than optimal absorption. In terms of personal observations, the directions state that it should be taken with water — don't skimp! I find that if I take them right before bed, I wake up dehydrated, so I now take them earlier.
