3 gallons of fish oil One of my favorite aspects of it is that it has a B- rating. 12 as Methylcobalamin/Organic Chlorella, not the less expensive synthetic Cyanocobalamin found in most other brands. The molecular form of cyanide is known as cyanocobalamin. a compound that is extremely toxic. Do you really want to consume ANY of it while pregnant, even though it's considered "safe" in low doses? Only the best ingredients are used in Actif's prenatals. It contains only plant-based ingredients. derived and natural The pills are small and easy to swallow, and I've never felt sick after taking them, even when I'm hungry. There were a few things they could have done better: 1) increasing calcium amounts as it only contains 15% of daily value and 2) revealing in detail the source of their fish oil - Does it come from a farm? Wild? It would also be a huge plus if they were able to obtain USDA Certified Organic certification. Not necessarily, but it would lend credibility to their "organic" claims. br>br>I've looked for better alternatives for a long time, but until then, I'll happily take Actifs for the rest of my pre- and mid-pregnancy stages.

I bought these vitamins after reading a lot of online reviews and, most importantly, because they contained folate rather than folic acid. My body does not metabolize folic acid because I have the MTHFR gene, so I need it to be already metabolized for me. That was accomplished with the help of these vitamins. I felt fantastic after taking them and was very pleased with the results; I would highly recommend them.

I started taking it about two months before I got pregnant with my second child because I was looking for a prenatal that only had to be taken once a day, had vitamins derived from whole food ingredients, especially the natural form of folic acid, folate, as well as added DHA and digestive enzymes, and was easy to swallow. I was genuinely surprised that all of that could be contained in just one small pill, because I'm not aware of any other prenatal out there that does. br>br>I like that there is only one medium-sized pill to take per day, rather than three of the giant pills found in other leading prenatal brands. It also doesn't make your pee turn bright yellow like other vitamins I've tried, and it never makes me sick. There's also no lingering bad taste. br>br>I have no complaints at all, and the price for a three-month supply is very reasonable considering everything you get in this tiny pill. br>br>I continued to take ACTIF prenatal vitamins after I gave birth, and I plan to do so again soon. If there's one thing I'd like to see added to the mix, it's probiotics, but I think that's asking too much at this point. Unlike some other reviewers, I have never received a faulty bottle containing exploded capsules. Since the fall of 2017, I've been buying these every three months just to keep track. Overall, a fantastic product on which I will continue to rely in the future!.

GYN, who is also a patient! She suggested I try Actif Prenatal because I was having major digestive issues during my pregnancy. All I can say is that after a few days of taking this, I no longer had the problems I was having! It saved my life! For me, the natural ingredients and probiotic were far more gentle. The first two were enormous horse pills that I had to cut in half before even attempting to swallow. The smarty pants prenatals were great until I became pregnant, when eating six a day became a chore. I'd gag from the taste, which would make me puke even more. I'm pregnant, which is awesome. I needed a prenatal that was simple to take, contained high-quality ingredients, and only required one dose per day. I found exactly what I was looking for in these babies! Actif prenatals are simple to swallow and leave no unpleasant aftertaste. Even when you burp, they don't upset my stomach, they're made with high-quality ingredients, and the price was ridiculously low for what you get and the amount of vitamins you get. I was concerned that they would arrive damaged based on other reviews, but they did not. If you're expecting and need a good prenatal, these are the ones to get.

When I started thinking about having a second child, I immediately thought of Actif, and I wish I had taken them the first time. My favorite things are: They're small and easy to swallow, you only need one a day, one bottle lasts three months (so I don't have to remember to order more), they contain DHA (so I don't have to take another supplement), and they have no side effects. It's difficult to say whether or not they improve my mood. This time around, the nausea has been less severe, but the fatigue has been more severe. Still, because each baby and pregnancy is unique, I'm hesitant to blame these vitamins for either the good or the bad. I keep purchasing them because they are so simple to use:.

These were very easy to take and didn't bother my stomach in the least. I also like that they use folate rather than folic acid, which your body can actually absorb. Anyone taking prenatal vitamins should try this product, in my opinion.
