Powder is what this is. It's what I use to "quench" the hydrogen peroxide that's left in water samples.

I was under the impression it was water

I thought this was liquid because I had plenty of tablets. It does the same job, but I can crush tablets just as quickly.

The item comes in a plastic bag rather than a bottle, but this does not affect the quality of the item

It worked great for sanitizing my brewing equipment, but you have to use all 2 oz in a gallon of water for it to work properly, and it's only good for one use.

Shipment takes a long time

When it comes to time-sensitive craft brewing, a week difference in shipping is a little too much. Unfortunately, I was unable to locate the potassium sorbate of the same brand. I'm just putting it out there that 9th - A long spread on the 15th. Is it necessary to wait until the 15th?.
