The fact that this company is making pills of their BHB powder makes me very happy. My first purpose for taking these was to replace Samsara BHB powder which I keep at home when I cannot take it. One of the best aspects is that they leave no taste at all, as everyone who's ever tried them knows the taste of powder can be unpleasant. As a consequence of taking these supplements, I find that have more energy and focus when I already have been fasting or am in a ketosis state already. I'd recommend the powder for those not allergic to a bit of a rough taste as it's somewhat more affordable however, if you're allergic to a rough flavor, this is a very good option and still more affordable than most powder forms I've seen.
