The effects on my nails and skin that I notice when I take hair and nail supplements are usually at least in growth of nails and After taking this silica supplement for several weeks, I noticed my nails weren't as brittle and grew faster, but my skin was just I didn't notice any change in my hair growth rate and my hair fell at the same pace as usual. For a family member who'd had a cracked nail for over 20 years, this was a good buy. I tried several other things and one day it came up and I suggested silica since I had had good results with it in the past. After one bottle, the difference is so great that no other treatment has touched it. It takes time for your nails to grow healthy even when they are fully grown. Be patient and keep doing it daily as much as you can. Certainly individual differences are to be expected, but this has been quite a miracle worker for us. After I have finished this one, I will order a second bottle so hopefully it will be almost healed by then, or at least not too bothersome.

This product was used along with two other supplements to relieve the cysts of the bartholyn gland. Finally, after trying sitz baths and everything else I found online for weeks, I made an appointment for another patient to have their clogs removed (Two weeks before my appointment I decided to give this a try. Within 48 hours I noticed a difference in size and walking no longer hurt. Previously had an issue with a cracked nail and tried DE (Diatomaceous Earth) which did noticeably help my nails grow faster and also seemed to moisturize my skin, but wasn't willing to wait that long. It's a word, so I understand. As a general rule, I take small amounts of things like this to see how it works and one per day seems to have a similar effect to the DE, but I've read that achieving better nails takes a long time. It seems to be doing that slowly, but also seems to be growing a bit more hair and my skin is looking better.
