When I take this product in the mornings, I'm surprised at how quickly I start thinking about what I want to accomplish, and how quickly I can get started and keep going. I'm not jittery or worried, but I am alert and capable.

I couldn't get it to work for me

I purchased this product in the hopes of finding a healthier source of caffeine, as I occasionally drink diet soda to relieve headaches and migraines, and diet sodas are loaded with harmful chemicals. This made me feel as if I hadn't taken anything at all, and it didn't help with my headache. I'm going back to diet soda, though I might give this a second chance.
