The combination of Silica, Vitamin C (time released), and Biotin is said to aid aging skin, hair, and nails. Before I notice a difference in those areas, I'll have to take it for at least 30 days. Every morning, I add it to my coffee or a shake. Because I don't detect any flavor, this is a simple addition to my daily vitamin and mineral supplements.
