The tablet is circular in shape. In comparison to other Magnesiun tablets, which are typically very large, this is probably one of the smallest you'll find. I've been taking these for three months because they're less expensive, but I'm not pleased with the results. I'll be switching back to NSP's magnesium, which comes in a gel capsule that's easy to swallow and produces noticeable results. (NSP- (Natures Sunshine Products, which has a fantastic product line)
Yes, it is possible. Only the following information is available to me. Magnesium citrate is taken, and the dosage is adjusted as necessary. br>br>Magnesium glycinate is a chelated form of magnesium that has the highest levels of absorption and bioavailability, making it ideal for those trying to correct a deficiency.Magnesium oxide is a non-chelated form of magnesium that has the lowest levels of absorption and bioavailability, making it ideal for those trying to correct a deficiency. Magnesium that has been chelated by binding it to an organic acid or a fatty acid. Magnesium chloride / Magnesium lactate contain only 12 percent magnesium, but have better absorption than others, such as magnesium oxide, which contains five times more magnesiumMagnesium sulfate / Magnesium hydroxide (milk of magnesia) are commonly used as laxatives, but be aware that it is easy to overdose on these, so ONLY take as directedbr>Magnesium carbonate, which has antacid properties, contains 45 percent magnesium and They have a calming effect on the body and mind when taken together.br>Magnesium citrate is magnesium combined with citric acid, which has laxative properties.Magnesium threonate is a newer, emerging type of magnesium supplement that appears promising, owing to its superior ability to penetrate the mitochondrial membrane.
That information isn't on the bottle, at least not to my knowledge. Sorry! All I know is that it benefits me in a variety of ways. It improves my mood in general. I suffer from a number of chronic illnesses.
This is a tablet computer.

After I sent some of this to my mother to help with her sciatica, she called me a genius. She has an out-of-place disc in her back. She claims it's been 15 years since she's felt this good. I started with two pills twice a day, but now only take two pills in the evening. She'd forgotten what it was like to be pain-free until she started taking this, she says. I hope you benefit from this natural treatment as well! Please give it a thumbs up if you found this review helpful.
Since beginning to take magnesium on a daily basis, my mood has improved dramatically. I'm feeling a lot better and have more energy. The pills, on the other hand, are a little difficult to swallow. It's more of a 'width' problem. They'd be easier to swallow if they were longer (giggity?).
For a 5"4', 125lb girl, 250mg is ideal. I believe the 500mg was nearly fatal. We're all on a keto diet, which keeps things moving along and keeps the toilet paper company afloat.
This was recommended to me by my doctor to help with migranes, and it has significantly reduced my migranes.
Magnesium with citrate irritates my stomach and causes acid reflux; however, without the citrate, this stuff works great and significantly improves my IBS symptoms. Has been crucial in terms of managing, if not curing, the problem. That, as well as probiotics!.
Only take one in the morning; it's not a good idea to take more than that without consulting your doctor; as with all over-the-counter medications, be cautious and inform your doctor(s).
It was extremely beneficial in terms of increasing my energy level.
I've never had a better poop in my life, and it's amazing how well it works.
