There is an inscription on the label that reads Various forms of magnesium (derived from magnesium oxide, magnesium citrate, and magnesium aspartate). It does not include a break down of the percentages, so, at the moment, I think that most of it is magnesium oxide. I sent a question about this to the manufacturer, and am waiting for a reply.

There is a lack As NOW Foods does not disclose the exact amount of different kinds of magnesium available in this product and since Oxyde has a 4% absorption rate, I cannot support this product

If the breakdown in their favor had been disclosed, then I would be very interested in finding out. Labdoor is also very useful. NOW Magnesium contains unsafe levels of arsenic, according to Consumer Product Safety Commission-com. If you buy any supplements from a company like this, do yourself a favor and don't buy them.

To begin, I would like to say that, based on my long experience, NOW's products are excellent! Whether you are a man or a woman, magnesium is great. Blood pressure is being lowered. This is not only safe but relaxing and helps me sleep! I sometimes take two at a time (it is safe)! The massage relieves tight muscles and muscle spasms. In addition, it is helpful if you are going through menopause or your period is making you feel depressed. It has long been known that magnesium is healthy for the heart. It has been my motto for years. A happy heart leads to a happy life. A maximum of two tablets at a time (800 mg) is recommended. My only daily pill is taken at night when I go to bed.

It is a great supplement for improving sleep and relieving leg cramps

Magnesium caps from NOW I have been purchasing for a long time. My purpose is to take them before sleep in order to avoid leg cramps and to help me sleep. It has been several years since I first started using this product. Vitamins and supplements from NOW brand are always the best. If you want to improve your sleep (it's not a sleeping pill nevertheless) and get rid of restless leg syndrome, this is the product for you. Magnesium is a trace mineral that cannot be tested so there is no way to know whether you are deficient. One of the benefits of a good supplement is that it can improve your sleep and rest.

My mistake. I failed to pay attention to Citrate is not used, but a blend of oxide, carbonate, and citrate, so there is no way of knowing what kind of Magniseum products you will receive.

Legs twitching in restless motion

There is no better way to enhance your performance than with magnesium caps. For years I have suffered with restless legs or leg cramps, but magnesium helped - it has made a huge difference to me. This is amazing! It is amazing what a difference there is. My magnesium intake at night has increased so that I can tell if I am not taking it. Their not being combined with calcium is what I like about them. As I've recently learned, the two supplements should be taken separately, so I take the calcium at night and the magnesium in the morning.

The NOW product is fantastic. It isn't as common when it comes to farming and rotating crops, so I'm thinking maybe it isn't replenishing the soil anymore. Magnesium is a vitamin so crucial for good health that I consistently take NOW Magnesium supplements.
