My experience indicates that the product is one of the most overhyped I have ever encountered. To begin with, a giant box comes with it (which, of course, comes in a still bigger box). I've seen other glass bottles that had no extra packaging, even when they were glass bottles. At first glance, I explain the excessive packaging as having to do with the bottle being glass. There's no point in doing it. There is a desire for you to feel like you are getting something special (but you aren't). Those are a lot of tablets packaged for just 30! We're almost at the bottom of the bottle! It's reasonable for the manufacturer to sell more than 120 pills to a bottle if all this padding and packaging is truly necessary. If that were the case, that bottle would be extremely expensive. There is no reason to pay such an outrageous price for magnesium laced with ashwagandha. My magnesium is of an unknown kind I'm not sure what it is. The company lists 175 mg of magnesium as "from seawater. " of the 325 mg total. So what does that look like? The levels of bioavailability of magnesium are different among different types, so consumers need to know what to expect. Magnesium oxide (the cheapest) is not absorbent, so I'm assuming it is magnesium oxide. I am not quite certain why 150mg would need to be buffered with magnesium bisglycinate chelate and magnesium oxide, Is that right? We're back to magnesium oxide once Moreover, it does not specify WHEN or HOW MUCH the refund will be. As a result, I'm going to assume that it's "buffered" with magnesium oxide most of the time. The pills have only been in my system for five days, but for the most part they have been effective. Before I go to sleep, I take this before I rise in the morning, and when I rise, I feel both refreshed and renewed. A more even mood and a sense of relaxation has come over me. As long as I'm taking, I'll do that. I would say that the only downside to these pills is that they are enormous.

I have found this one to be the best. When I took it with very little food (or with no food), it did not upset my stomach. The essential oil has a great calming effect, helps with headaches and migraines, and is great for insomnia and general tension. Unlike other magnesium supplements, I can use this during the day without doingze off or getting drowsy like I do with those other supplements. you, this is my third bottle, and I'll continue ordering it as long as I find it to be effective.

This pill has helped me lose weight, sleep better, and have no headaches since I started taking it. It's hard for me to tell the extent to which this is due to taking these vitamins, but if they do benefit me I am thankful. Since they are large, if you have trouble swallowing, you might find it hard to take them. Despite a few minor complaints, this product continues to please me and I recently ordered another bottle.

The product I purchased was not what I expected. I imagined it would be a capsule, but it turned out to be a thick, As I also didn't like how the pill didn't dissolve in water, I did not like it. As soon as I saw it, I chose it because it said "Essential mineral in easy-to-use" Bisglycinate is absorbed as a bisglycinate. The pill has to be broken up into small pieces as one, I have to get it down and two, so it does not sit in my stomach and cause issues. One of the things I was told is that I must only take dissolvable tablets. For me, this is a bad choice. Consequently, I will not purchase this product in the future.
