Our family has been taking Magnesium for years to release toxins out of the body. We have not been satisfied with the Nature's Bounty brand. I was able to notice a difference right away as well as my wife. I suspect that either the ingredients in this product or their manufacturing process are bad. That difference is so stark between it and other brands we have used. Unfortunately, this product could not be returned within the deadline, otherwise we would have done it.
