For more than 70 years, it has been used in American operating rooms. I think that's a pretty strong recommendation! I wash my hands with regular soap, then squirt a little of this on them, wash them again, and rinse! It's simple to rinse! I also use it to shower on the body's nastier parts. Soak a washcloth in soap, then squirt some of this onto the cloth and wash/rinse normally. It can also be used to treat skin irritations. I even soaked my razor in it, believe it or not. It has an impact!.

Hands down, this is my favorite Povidone Iodine 10. The thickness is ideal, and it stays on my skin longer before dripping away than any other Povidone Iodine I've tried. I'd prefer to buy only this brand, but due to the pandemic, it's frequently out of stock, so I've had to order other brands that, in my opinion, are inferior to this one. I have had a bottle of Povidone Iodine 10% in my medicine cabinet and one in the shower for the past 40 plus years, so I am hopeful to be able to purchase.

Under the screw on the cap, the seal had been broken. Unfortunately, issues like this are becoming more and more common on Amazon products, and I'm growing tired of wasting time and money returning them. From now on, I'll begin my search elsewhere.

This stuff is AMAZING, and it's at a great price! My 14-year-old chihuahua's ankles and shins were raw due to allergies, and I will definitely order again. I attempted to administer the vet's medication, but he simply cried. The vet then recommended dilute povidone, which I couldn't find anywhere except on Amazon. So now, with the solution and an allergy pill, my little guy is on the mend.

My snake's scales were rotting, and I needed to treat it. He's a 23- to 25-year-old milk snake, and this is the first time I've ever had to deal with a health issue with him. It was suggested that I soak him in a mixture of Betadine and water for 20 minutes. I placed an order with next-day delivery for what I needed. Delivery on the same day. I began treatments as soon as it arrived, as promised. It's ostensibly non-toxic. If he drinks some, it will be toxic but not harmful to his health. br>After the soak, I apply an anti-bacterial cream. antibacterial and antimicrobial On the affected area, I used a fungal spray (which I purchased on Amazon at the same time). br>He wasn't happy with the partial submersion (he also doesn't sit in his water dish, which is plenty big enough), but he's starting to look better after a few applications. I did make a mistake with the portions the first time and used an entire half cup of this product when only a few teaspoons were required. However, it appears that the "overdose" will have no effect on him. If the dosing required that much, I figured I'd need a LOT more. After that, I watched a few instructional videos to refresh my dosing protocols, and I now know I have enough to last the rest of the treatment period. br>I'm glad the shipping was quick because I don't want my snake to be in pain any longer than necessary.
