I just went through my bottle and double-checked everything. On the label, there is no indication of an expiration date.

If evaporation occurs, replace with distilled water.

I began using the 2% solution a couple of years ago and within a month I lost 10lbs and had more energy than before. Learn how to make use of it by reading this article. DR. Brownstein, a naturopathic physician in Michigan, can be found on the internet. Begin with three to ten drops and gradually increase by three drops every three days. You're taking too much if you feel jittery. I dip my droppers into a small cup of water and take a shot of it. I get the impression that I'm sucking on pennies or blood. If you can't stand strange flavors, take it quickly. This review isn't meant to help you figure out how much you should take. IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO SHELLFISH, DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT.

There is no such thing as a generic Lugol! I'm stumped as to what it should be

Lugol's 2% solution was purchased from two different sellers. It wasn't until I received the second order that I realized there was a problem. One is much darker and appears to be much more concentrated than the other. I'm not sure what to believe without further testing. I didn't contact the first seller because I wasn't aware that there was a problem. The second vendor provided no assistance - All they said was that their brand was trustworthy. FYI. It is hoped that it will be of assistance to others. 10 drops in each of the different solutions were used to create the photo of glasses.

If you look up what 2% iodine can do for your body you will wonder why you went without it because this supplement is a lifesaver because it is detoxifying and cleans out I've been taking it for about a month and it's very detoxifying. It's good to keep in your medicine cabinet as a staple instead of pharmaceuticals because it will keep a lot of illnesses at bay. Don't take my word for it; look it up. It was once a staple in our daily diet, but it's no longer available, so you'll have to take it as a supplement to reap the benefits.

This product provides numerous health and function benefits right away

I immediately fell in love with the product. For the past two months, I've been supplementing with a less useful form of iodine derived from sprouts, and this lugals solution format has had a number of noticeable benefits. Better mental clarity and the ability to concentrate. Even though the sprouts iodine improved my hormone balance and helped me sleep better, this j crows lugal formula is far more effective, and I would recommend it to anyone.

I was in a bad car accident years ago, and as a result of neck and back issues, I don't sleep well, and I suffer from mental fog as a result of my lack of sleep. My daughter started me on a daily regimen of Lugol's iodine with trace Selenium drops in the morning and pink salt on food during the day. It took a few months, but I've noticed a significant increase in mental clarity and energy. I've gone from 24 drops of iodine to 8 drops of Selenium now.
